“We stayed in this 2-bed caravan for 7 nights with our two children (8 & 5) we had a really lovely time.”

The caravan was spacious, well laid out, clean and comfortable, with everything we needed in the kitchen to make family meals during our stay. The location was great – just a 10-minute walk to the main building, so close enough for activities but still nice and peaceful. The owners were always happy to answer any questions we had, which made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Overall, it was a perfect base for our family holiday and we would happily stay again.

“This is our third time in this caravan and every time it doesn't disappoint.”

It really is a "home from home" caravan, its spacious, has what you need if you want to cook anything, even a slow cooker! the dining chairs and sofas are comfortable. The owners supply a washer/dryer, games, books and DVD's (for adults and children) and even herbs and spices for cooking. Excellent value for Money.

“We stayed for a short 4 night break at Church Farm in this amazing caravan.”

So spacious, all cutlery/crockery and utensils in abundance, a washing machine and a dishwasher too! Large fridge freezer and the kitchen overall was spacious and very modern. The lounge ares was so comfortable, board games and DVD's with a large screen TV. A balcony with table and chairs for the 'sit and watch the world go' by moments or to have your breakfast on a nice sunny morning. The bedrooms are very spacious, both with TV's, and to top it all off, a walk in wardrobe section leading to the en suite bathroom with a bath!! And still so surprisingly spacious. Having two toilets and two showers makes the difference let alone the comfort the caravan affords. The owners were so informative and helpful from the start and responded to any queries we had very quickly. The whole process was very simple and straight forward. Having been to Church Farm a few times now as it's a relatively short distance to travel for a short break, we've no doubt we will return and my only hope is, this caravan will be available to hire.

“A truly lovely and well kept mobile with loads of space an storage.”

Nice quiet location with a green area in front for the kids to safely play out on. The kitchen is fully equipped with pretty much everything you could need, including a slow cooker and sandwich toaster. You can enjoy the outside decking as the sun rises and the kids enjoyed eating outside on the picnic bench. Added bonus to have the washing machine to wash towels and a dishwasher to do the dirty work. Would highly recommend.

“Our second time at this "home from home" caravan.”

It has everything you need for your stay. Board games galore, outdoor games, books for adults and children and a selection of dvd's. The owners have taken great care and thought in providing essentials and extras to make you feel comfortable. Having a washer/dryer is a luxury, but for us essential, this made our lives a lot easier! Would highly recommend this caravan and we will be back soon.

“Just wanted to say myself, my sister & her 2 older children 14 & 16 had a wonderful 2 weeks in your lovely caravan (and we looked after it as if it was our own) .”

We have stayed many times for years on Church Farm in their top caravans & lodges, but our first time via this site privately. So it was lovely to have all the extras from extra cuttlery, extra glasses, extra plates, games etc - we really appreciated it all ???? 1st time ever in a caravan that had an actual bath aswell as showers (never had time to experience the bath as it had brilliant showers), nice to have lots of extra utensils even though I always bring my own (ie egg cups - but this caravan had it all from egg cups, pizza cutter & even a cake cover) kids loved having the games, books and dvds suplied in the caravan .. The caravan is decorated beautifully and the layout of the caravan all space is brilliantly utilised - with lots of luxury extras from dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer ... central heating and a make believe fire in fireplace which was a nice touch if chilly in the evening. It gave the feel of a nice coal fire whilst watching TV sometimes in the evening. Was a nice touch to have a TV in each bedroom (kids commented on this), which I know Haven caravans do not have all these extras. Nice to visit so many places as caravan is so near to all places .. just a few we visited whilst here .. Bosham, Bracklesham Bay, Bognor, Littlehampton, Arundel, Climping, Elmer, Middleton on Sea, Yapton, Felpham, Chichester Marina and so on. Lots of nice local pubs for lunch/dinner in Pagham and surrounding areas and some wonderful local places for afternoon tea. If you prefer to stay onsite ... amusement arcade, takeaway, restaurant, pools and activities - whatever really takes your fancy you will be spoilt for choice. Would definitely book this caravan again and we met the owners (my choice to do do) when we arrived at caravan as if it was my caravan I would certainly like to know who was staying in my holiday home. *************** Anyway, thank you once again Gene & Janice your holiday home is beautiful and we loved our 2 week stay - Karen & family x

The booking process with the Owners was smooth and easy. The caravan has everything you need including dish washer for a relaxing holiday. The site has lots to do, you can book activities a month in advance. I would highly recommend a stay!!

“We were wowed when entering our caravan, it is spacious, well decorated and has everything you would need for a self catering holiday.”

We were particularly impressed at the personal touches of cupboard full of books for all ages, especially for children, our Daughter (age 9) was very excited when she saw the books in her room. There were also games and dvds to keep us busy too, in case of rainy days. It was lovely to have an en-suite bathroom, which you do not expect in a caravan. The personal touches of complementary tea, coffee, biscuits and a few soft drinks for the children was lovely. We especially liked the added extra of the slow cooker and sandwich maker. We would highly recommend a stay in this "home from home" caravan.

The property

This is a family owned caravan 14 ft wide fully double glazed and has an open plan kitchen, dinning room and living area with a 40" TV, DVD player, built in radio with speakers fitted into the ceiling with Bluetooth sound system, also the sockets have USB ports to charge you phone/iPad, a selection of DVD's and family games. The four berth has a master bedroom with a king sized bed and dressing table with mirror and a 32" wall mounted TV, a walk in dressing area leads to the on suite bathroom that also has a bath/shower. The second bedroom has two full size 3 foot wide beds and is fitted with a 16" wall mounted TV. All bedrooms come complete with duvets, pillows and fresh bedding for each bed.

***Please note towels are not provided.*** Separate family bathroom with shower and electric shaver socket. From the patio doors there is a veranda with a small bistro set, a patio area to the side with a picnic bench and your own parking space. Strictly no smoking in the caravan and no pets allowed. Strictly no electric vehicle charging at the caravan the park has facilities for this No charging of electric cars as this will invalidate the insurance.

Bognor Regis 4.5 miles; Chichester 7 miles.

Resting on the English border, between the sea and land is the idyllic village of Pagham. Perched on the harbour, this small village houses a protected Nature Reserve, allowing nature to flourish, ideal for those for those who love birdwatching. Moreover, many of the buildings within the village are bungalow dwellings which have been crafted from old railway carriages, as well as shops, a selection of three ale and beer pubs and one of the finest churches of its kind, St. Thomas à Becket. You will also find a shingle beach resting on the coastline with a reputation for being one of the sunniest places in the UK. The beach is superb for swimming, yachting, windsurfing, walking and the historic point of interest, the World War II Mulberry Harbour platform. Close by is the seaside resort of Bognor Regis and further afield is the cathedral city of Chichester, each housing amenities and attractions to suit all ages and tastes.
