“This is the 7th year in a row at Shirley’s caravan, and looking to book for next year already!”

Whilst it is an older style caravan, it’s got everything you need. It’s cosy, spacious and definitely home from home feel. There’s a tv in the bedroom and living room with plenty of DVDs to choose from and a fire stick for all your favourite movies. There’s is even an Xbox to use! The kitchen has everything you need including airfryer, fridge freezer, microwave and all of your crockery and utensils A added bonus is the complimentary tea and coffee!! It’s immaculately cleaned and ...

We are regular returning customers of Selsey and you couldn’t get better than Shirley for customer service - she’s on the end of the phone whenever you need her despite having her own busy life to get on with! Unlike most of the owners we’ve dealt with in the past. She makes it easy and hassle free each visit! We would recommended her and this particular caravan to all! Thank you once again for a wonderful experience in your caravan! Xx

Owner is very welcoming and great communication with any info you may need. Caravan is comfortable and clean a perfect base to enjoy a nice break in Selsey. Even with some horrendous winds at times we had a lovely stay and would recommend ????

“This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Shirley's caravan, its absolutely beautiful and feels just like home, the beds are comfortable, the caravan is clean, always fresh bedding on, there is everything you need for cooking dinners, making a brew, there are even little extras such as the coffee machine with pods included!”

Small things such as oil that you wouldnt even think to bring, i honestly do not have a bad word to say about this caravan! The decking outside is absolutely lovely with lovely light all round so you can sit and enjoy a nice glass of wine or a hot drink whilst the sun goes down! You even get a little welcome package which always makes me smile :) Lets talk about shirley (the caravan owner) shirley is the most loveliest lady you will meet, if there is ever any questions that need answering she is always there, shes very prompt on replying, she will make sure you have the best holiday that you can, shirley doesn't over charge for her caravan unlike some of the private owners, the prices are very reasonable especially for high season times! I was very sceptical with going with shirley purely because she was so much cheaper than everyone else i had spoke to but i went with my gut and im so glad i did, we have already booked to go again in October and im sure we will be back next year threwout the year even just for a few weekends and especially for the summer holidays! Ladys and gents you will not be disappointed with shirley or her caravan so if you want a warm homely home for home place to stay this caravan is your one! Thankyou shirley for trusting us to spend the time at your beautiful caravan xx

2 adults and 4 children we have stayed in Shirley van on a number of hoildays and I can say it is the most comfortable home from home. Great value for money. If any problems then she very quick to get them sorted or give advise always gives us the best information before are stay and keeps us update with new things happening on the park. Caravan has everything you would need for cooking and being comfortable lovely decked area to watch the children play outside on grass we can’t wait to book to go again. Always very clean and tidy when we arrive. And easy to access.

“We are a family with 2 kids age 8 months and 8 years, we stayed at this caravan for a weekend break away from the bustling life of London!”

The caravan was a good size for all of us, and we had a great time. Kids toys around so we're able to make use of them. The neighbours are amazing, as I have a very bad sense of direction and got lost. This was a very nice and quiet break and I will definitely come back and stay. Consistent communication with Shirley throughout. Free bus around the complex and also, a local bus to and from Chichester Centre, which drops you right into the Bunn Leisure Complex.

“I honestly don’t know where to start.”

I’ve just returned from a week stay and not only is the caravan absolutely lovely, the owner is superwomen who goes above and beyond. We was a large group in private rented vans & touring across the site. Most days we found all our family popping to us as the van felt so warm and welcome and had a real family feel. Our children felt at home and had so much space outside to enjoy - without even thinking about the amount that was on site. Shirly I can’t thank you enough. My family have had a tough year and you helped us make some fantastic memories! Looking forward to next year. X

Me and my husband had a wonderful time I can not exspress enough how much shirely wants to build family memories and this shows in her constant comunication from start to finish When we arrived we were wowed by the caravan and the effort that was put into it for our new year stay The van was equipped with everything and more you will not be disappointed We were 4 adults 2 in main bedroom and 2 on pull out sofa which was very comfy We were a large party with other vans hired and this van by far was the most homley and equipped for our stay Happy holidays Xx

“Had a wonderful long with a friend and her young children, the accommodation was lovely and great value for money.”

Very clean with every thing you'd need already there and also great for the young children with a babygate on the door. The facilities were great within the park with lots of entertainment, would deffinatly recommend to anyone looking for a lovely holiday. Can't wait to visit again!

“Really can’t recommend this caravan and host enough!”

! Everything was perfect from the enquiring to the last moment of leaving. Perfectly placed caravan, beautiful surroundings and peaceful. Wish we had longer to enjoy our time there. Shirley is an amazing lady and will go the extra mile to make sure your stay is the best. Already confirmed next years booking and can’t wait to return. Both my children have autism and sensory processing disorder. The caravan suited their needs in every way possible. Thank you so much for the life long memories my family have made. Would really say to anyone thinking of booking to do it. Looking forward to our next holiday here next year.

“Amazing caravan with amazing facilities.”

Can’t recommend Shirley enough for her kindness and probably the most welcoming person we now know. We’re a working family with 4 young children ageing between 13, 11, 10 and 8months and bunn leisure always had something to entertain all of our children! Probably the best holiday we’ve ever had in England! All the staff were extremely kind and helpful whenever needed and Shirley without a doubt was one of the nicest, kindest people we have ever met.

Shirley was wonderful before and during our stay went the extra mile to ensure our holiday was great. Busy family life was left behind and great memories made. Children aged 12,10,6 & 2 all had great time enjoyed swimming pools, beech and parks. Cannot wait to stay in this lovely caravan again.

Absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. The caravan itself was clean, warm and very comfortable with a homely feel. We had an amazing holiday and our 4 year old definitely had a wonderful time... so much so we have pencilled in already for next year! Thanks again Shirley! And see you next year!

The caravan has so much to offer with Wi-Fi also which is a bonus. If you are looking to stay anywhere on Bunn let this be your first choice, Shirley has been a pleasure to contact throughout and answered any questions I had, absolutely amazing! Can not wait to come back now

“Can not recommend this caravan or Shirley enough !”

The park is self is brilliant so much to do , the caravan it’s self is lovely , so fresh and clean , was like going from home to home , u also have parking right outside the van so practical! Shirley herself went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and it’s always on the other end of the phone ! Regret only Booking for the weekend , so much to do there , we needed more time !!

The site is huge and the Van is conveniently located a short walk from the main amenities such as the club house and beach, the location was ideal. “Just returned from a much needed short break.”

Having stayed in a number of caravans on West Sands site, I can thoroughly recommend this one. Everything you need was available even down to the essentials which, on a Friday after travelling, is a very welcome sight if you've forgotten something. Shirley treated me like an old friend throughout our communications which was very much appreciated. A really well styled, modern clean caravan with a lovely homely feel.

“As a working family of 4, we cannot recommend this caravan and the Bunn leisure facilities enough.”

We decided to book a week to get away from our usual hectic, demanding jobs, with our children aged 5 and 13. Facilities in the caravan were amazing and we couldn’t of asked for more, as for the site, equally amazing and all 4 of us were happy and entertained at all times. The children especially loved the on site fun fair. The swimming pool is one of the best we have visited, both children of different ages were catered for. The owners communication was amazing and the standard and cleanliness of the caravan was second to none. Will definitely be returning. 5* all round.

Once an island (Selsey means ‘Seal Island’), the town stands at the tip of the Manhood Peninsula and Selsey Bill, the southernmost tip of West Sussex. The beach at Selsey is one of the best in Sussex and makes for a perfect family day out. Whether sailing, swimming, beachcombing or just paddling in the sea, this lovely coastline can be enjoyed all year round. Perhaps fishing for the famous Selsey crabs takes your fancy, or there are plenty of restaurants serving this local delicacy in the town. Selsey has a full and varied past, once a haven for smugglers and vagabonds, this part of the coast is now a quaint town with plenty of fisherman's cottages, cafes and sandy beaches.
