    “Do not book if you have young children, especially with autism & non verbal.”

    My son managed to escape the unsafe ramp covered with “plastic netting” he ended up near the main road after getting under the caravan. Thank god for the security guards on duty! Pet friendly yet my dog got out several times through the same way too. Owner takes part deposit if you don’t leave the house place gleaming, so you’re expected to wash all the bedding & hoover all the floors (with no hoover or mop). We have visited caravans for years with our children & never once received such ...

    Hi. As I explained in my email to you, I am sorry to hear about your child and dog getting out of the decking. Haven made me remove the covering on side of the decking due to health and safety. This is being dealt with by Haven. I don't by any means expect the caravan to be spotless however cookies, crisps and bits of what looked like a crepe was left under a couple of beds. There's was also ketchup on one of the cupboards. One of the mattress protectors was stained due to it being dirty and it hasn't come out which is the main reason I held back part of the deposit. Thank you Property Owner

This quaint town of Fleetwood, rests at the northwest corner of the Fylde, in Lancashire, bordering Cleveleys, with access to the seaside resort of Blackpool, Preston and the city of Liverpool.
