“The caravan was really nice and clean Paul was quick to reply to a query we had although the park was very busy and we were not too far away it was quiet a n relaxing we went out every day and the caravan was nice to come back to I would recommend this to anyone considering it as with it being 4 bedroom there was plenty of space in the nain body of the caravan.”

“Caravan was exactly what we needed with enough rooms to suit.”

Notified of not working oven the morning of visit which was a minor inconvenience but rectified with air fryer. Multiple portable dvd players for rooms which was a bonus. Shower however, had a mind of its own, moving from scalding to freezing. Having to cower in a corner till the golden 'warm' as it moved between temperatures. Other than the minor exercise during a shower, cannot fault the overall experience.

“Great caravan with lovely owner and nothing was too much trouble as the gas bottle ran out and was replaced within 10 minutes of contacting the owner.”

Their communication on the booking was spot on and everything you need is already in the caravan and is literally 2 minutes walk from the main reception etc. Will definitely book again.

Carvan has everything you need and was clean and tidy. Few minutes from complex which my 10 year old loved she felt safe going park etc would definitely book again and recommend to family and friends xx

“Brilliant caravan very spacious and clean.”

We had three young children with us and they all loved it, it had lots of DVDs, wifi, games... everything you need. We asked if there was a travel cot and was told one could be provided when we arrived it was up and ready for our 2 year old in one of the bedrooms so we didn't need to bring one which was very helpful. The caravan itself is very close to the complex so it is a very short 2 minute walk with little ones which is great. The owner was very friendly and easy to communicate with, any questions we had were answered straight away. Would definitely stay again it has been enjoyed by all.

“We have just returned from a fabulous stay at this caravan.”

It was very spacious and extremely clean. We also didn't need to bring half the stuff we did as there was so much there! Hair dryer, Straighteners, tea, coffee, sugar, oil, hand wash, dish cloth, tea towel etc! The caravan seemed to have a happy, friendly feel to it and the position was perfect, just close enough to the main site without being too close and right by the car park. I was worried about no central heating but there were more than enough heaters throughout, it wasn't an issue. Paul was extremely helpful from start to finish and even checked up on us whilst we were there as he had heard that a dog nearby had been barking all night, however we didn't hear a thing! All in all we had a wonderful Easter weekend and will definitely be back. Thanks Paul!

Good communication and quick at answering any questions. Caravan is superb too, I took my 4 kids all under 10 and they enjoyed it especially with the Playstation and DVDs what are in the caravan. Paul does give you the option of unlimited WiFi also which came in handy. Caravan is in a good location very close to the complex. Definitely will try to use again, I’ve already marked this listing as a favourite on here Once again Paul thank you very much for allowing us to use your caravan this weekend

The caravan was clean and tidy on arrival with nice clean bedding and plenty to do in caravan like ps3 and board games as WiFi. Had plenty of communication with Paul before arriving and during the holiday he was happy to help with any inquiries we had. Even left us crabbing equipment for the kids. Thankyou again Paul xx

This quaint town of Fleetwood, rests at the northwest corner of the Fylde, in Lancashire, bordering Cleveleys, with access to the seaside resort of Blackpool, Preston and the city of Liverpool.
