“We had a great weekend up in Fleetwood.”

The caravan is about a 5 minute walk away to the main complex. The complex itself was a disappointment so we spent more time in the caravan than we originally planned. Nice set up with a PlayStation and load of dvds. There was colours and colour books for my little girl. Paul was amazing and gave great advice on stuff to do and when we did have an issue with the shower, he was very helpful in helping us get it sorted. Unfortunately, we couldn’t figure it out so we had a hit and miss shower for 4 days but Paul has apologised and sorted this immediately.. We would definitely be staying again for the location. So close to Blackpool. We also took our dog and took her out on walks around Wyre park and up on the Fleetwood beachfront. There was a secure field there to let her run around

“We had a lovely break in this caravan with our 2 dogs.”

The caravan has everything you need and more to make it home from home with the most comfortable bed ive ever slept in. The owner is brilliant at keeping you updated and gave us some great advice on places to eat and visit. I found the van to be in a great position on the site and there is plenty of parking. We would happily stay again and we highly recommend this van and the owner to others. Sometimes it's the little fine touches that can make a break/holiday that little bit more special and this van has that in bundles. Thank you for having us.

“Just back from a well needed break in this lovely caravan.”

Has all the amenities you will need, Hair dryer, iron/board, microwave, air fryer, fridge, freezer, cooker, tv in every room, ps3, lots of games and family friendly dvds. Lovely and clean. Very homely and relaxing. 5/10.minutes walk from the front of the camp. Communication with the the owner was very good, checked on me at every point, including whilst on my holiday, offering transport advice and suggestions of places to visit. Always asking if I had any questions to feel free and ask. I would thoroughly recommend this caravan. Thanks for having me.

We went on the Monday to Friday and stayed in Paul's caravan the caravan has everything you need and more the caravan is 5 mins walk away from the complex the beds are so comfy my 2 boys was made up as played on the ps3 on wet days so two very happy the caravan in a very quiet place u do not here a peep thank you Paul we will defo be back

Paul very informative throughout booking. Clean bedding and comfy bed. Dog friendly. Good location for blackpool, public transport only a short walk. Would book again for a weekend. Only thing we missed was decking to sit out on.

“Great budget family caravan.”

Early check-in which is fab so you feel like you actually make the most of your holiday (compared to normal Haven check-in time of 4pm). PS3 and lots of dvds, great for all ages. TV signal at times temperamental but this did not affect our stay. TV/dvd and radiator in every room. Dog friendly caravan with dog friendly restaurant on site. All basic essentials catered for. Clean bedding provided as standard (again if booking through Haven you would occur an extra charge ) and beds comfortable. Great communication from the owner. Good base for either going into Fleetwood or Blackpool itself. Short walk to amenities on site such as arcade, Papa John's pizza and fish&chips. Live music at the Mash and Barrell in the evening of a weekend if you do not want/justify paying the prices for thr on site entertainment passes. Overall a great stay. Your holiday is what you make it!

“Absolutely disgusting place would never stay here again I.”

The caravan walked in and the caravan wasn’t clean on arrival no tv working applicants broken wouldn’t work Health and safety hazards and false information about the distance from the complex as my nana is disabled and had to walk the best part for 30 minutes. Couldn’t use the cooker to cook because the knobs where broken There was stuff everywhere it was a complete mess just rubbish all over the caravan poor standards and shouldn’t be aloud to rent this caravan have better facilities in a prison cell

Cheapest rental onsite and great value for the money. Paul the owner was so helpful and texted us over loads of advice on good places to eat etc. Nice friendly bloke that was so easy to deal with when booking. It's a nice caravan with everything you need plus more. Highly recommend to any family that has kids or pets. Will definitely be booking again :)

“Stayed in this lovely caravan, very clean WiFi and loads of games and game console, owners are very friendly, I was travelling from Bournemouth, and was the first family in the caravan this year, the owner said I could travel up two days earlier at no extra cost, as I have Young children, for me this was extremely kind, will definitely book again.”

I will also be recommending to friends and family, the holiday park has everything you need for a lovely holiday with or without children, it’s also just been refurbished. Thank you again for a fantastic holiday Rachel Andy and the triplets ????????

Everything you need. Home from Home .Good communication between myself and Paul on booking ,during and after. All bedding was fresh and clean. Lots of free standing radiators and a fan to use if it gets chilly. An added cost of £5.00 which is fair for WiFi . Site itself is really good ...excellent arcade for young and older children. Papa John's pizza, bingo, pub.. swimming for additional cost through the actual caravan site. Security guards on site which good see. Only 15 mins drive to Blackpool .

Couldn’t fault this accommodation. Very clean . Used 3 times now in the past 18 months . Had everything we needed & Super Comfy beds too . The owners go above & beyond to help in anyway they can. Situated in a great location 2 minuets walk to arcade/shop/swimming pool etc! Parking was great too, right outside caravan.
