“We had 2 holidays with Wendy and Steve this year and we book every year as soon as we get to the van we book both 2 & 3 bedroom caravans for the following year as they get booked up very quickly.”

Wendy and Steve look after the Clients and their vans and nothing is to much trouble. From the time you organise the van/s and deposit the administration is first class, messages you on arrival to make sure everything is okay. They go out of their way to make sure the vans are kitted out to a very high standard with everything you need to enjoy your stay. We wouldn't book with anyone else but Wendy and Steve, we have just come back after a 4 night stay and cant wait to return next ...

“This is our 6th year staying at Wendy’s caravan and every year she continues to add new gadgets and appliances.”

The caravan is amazingly close to the main complex , shops and small walk to the bus stop. Wendy continues to communicate with you and makes sure everything is running smoothly. Our bonus this year where the board games . Our children loved playing and it was nice to see them enjoy this kind of thing like old times. Wow what can I say that hasn’t already been said in the reviews this caravan certainly lives up to its expectations off their reviews Fantastic time had by us all couldn’t off asked for a better caravan also location very close to all amenities The caravan itself was beautiful throughout very clean and tidy Loved the little extra touch with the homely feel We loved to sit on the decking off the evening with the decking lights on so lovely We will certainly be back and will be recommending to our family and friends Never stayed in any caravan with Air conditioning not that we needed this how very thoughtful Fantastic from us all Thank you

“We stayed for 4 nights in with our 3 year old and 15 year old.”

The caravan was great, less than 5 min walk to the haven centre, play parks etc perfect for nipping back and forward. It was clean and very comfortable, Wi-Fi and Netflix on the TV was great. The beds were super comfy as well :) The airfryer was a great addition and made quick meals very easy. We all said we would stay again :) Thank you for a great family break

Well dont know were to start we stayed in this beautiful caravan last September for 7 nights and absolutely loved it and choose to return again me and my husband just loved our stay that much we have just spent another 7 nights here very sad to go home Booking process with Wendy was very easy she explained everything kept us up to date with all the information needed , From opening the door the caravan smelt devine was spotless once again Wendy provides a lot more than advertised which is very thoughtful off her from cleaning products tea coffee sugar too much to mention The Air conditioning is an extra bonus this was amazing with the hot weather along with Wifi and Netflix also This caravan is so near to the facilities onsite fantastic location we really couldnt off asked for a more well maintained kept caravan Decor is so beautiful We wouldnt book elsewhere a big thank you to you and Ste for loaning us your caravan once again see you in September already counting the weeks

The Caravan is like a home from home, its very clean and modern with all mod cons and the extra touches dont go unnoticed !! Weather was amazing so made full use of the decking and seating Wendy is very accommodating and Nothing is too much trouble for her. These owners are just the best they really take pride in both their vans. From the minute you open the door you feel at home. Exceptionally clean and well equipped with everything you need. Any problems and Wendy responds as quickly as she can (although we have never had to) The fact that we have visited a few times puts your mind at rest as you know the caravan is exactly as shown and you dont have to worry. Wendy goes above and beyond really to make your stay comfortable has all the facilities you need, tea, coffee, cleaning products so much more than you would expect. The van is so well maintained and clean, it’s in the ideal location just a short walk to all the amenities the kids absolutely loved it and Wendy as a host is brilliant stays in contact from the booking untill your return home advising on what to do pre arrival and leaving just makes everything smooth. Thankyou again we will definately be back in the near future.

We can't recommend their van high enough! Absolutely immaculate, has everything you need from tea, coffee to washing up liquid! It's a proper home from home and you can relax in comfort. 2 minute walk to the complex. Wendy is absolutely spot on! Keeps you informed with any updates. This caravan is definitely worth more than 5 stars Absolutely stunning Never stayed in a caravan with Air conditioning before we didn't use this as we stayed in April but this must be wonderful in the hotter weather Booking process was easy and straight forward wendy kept us up to date with everything we needed to know wendy even sent me details to hire a mobility scooter for my husband to be delivered to the caravan on arrival The caravan itself was beautiful smelt amazing on entering beautiful decorated furnishings we honestly couldn't off wished for anything nicer lots off unexpected extras inside the caravan tea coffee cleaning products much more too much to mention Wendy we absolutely loved the bee themed accessories and crockery also would like to add this caravan is very near the complex less than a minute walk My grandaughter and great grand children stayed in Wendys 2 Bedroom which was equally Beautiful we will most definitely be back again next year Thank you very much

“We booked Wendy & Steve’s caravan for a last minute break.”

The booking process was really easy and Wendy couldn’t have been more helpful. All correspondence was clear and precise. The caravan itself was absolutely beautiful and had a home from home feel. The extra touches were fab , small things from condiments, plenty of cooking materials and plates, cups , cutlery etc, loo roll and cleaning materials were there which saved us a lot of hassle. The big game changer was the Air Conditioning - on the 2 hottest days of the year this was nothing short of a God send ! The rest of the caravan too was spotless and again had a lovely homely feel. The caravan also had WiFi which again as we had our child with us was great as she could chill out watching her tablet for a little while before bed. The caravan was situated close to the resort centre - only a short walk - the amenities were great and my daughter loved the swimming pool. When we left we had a lovely message from wendy letting me know that we had left behind a tablet & toy and she is sending them up and wouldn’t let us pay for the postage. I have to commend Wendy and Steve for creating a fantastic environment and we will definitely be booking again. We cannot thank you enough! We have had a great time !

It was the first time I've used a private hire van on a site and I can definitely highly recommend Wendy & Steve's! From the minute of booking Wendy was in contact keeping me up to date with everything then on arrival the van itself is just lovely. Very homely, spotless & welcoming! Lovely and clean, had tvs in the kids rooms which my little girl loved! Absolutely beautiful van, with everything you need, Wendy has it set up for everything, cleaning products,condiments, tea coffee it’s really home from home, it’s a 60 second walk to all amenities, swimming pool, shops, arcades, and showbar. Wendy is a fab hostess kept in touch with me from making the booking to today returning home. It’s been priceless to see my little girl enjoy being free in a lovely safe environment will definitely be returning????

Well what more can we say we Hired both caravans from Wendy, my sister and family and myself and family Wendy was very efficient form the very first enquiry until we arrived No amount off questions was too much for Wendy [ we did ask a lot } we was both text individually to see if we had arrived and to see if everything was ok at the caravans Lovely gesture Both caravans were very well presented and dressed beautifully to a very high standard best by far either off myself and my sister have ever booked we will most certainly book again The 3 bedroom had Air conditioning never seen this before in any other caravan we have been in we didn't need this as the weather wasn't too hot but can imagine this will be heavenly in the up coming summer months both caravans were also very well equipped with Cleaning Products, Condiments, Tea coffee Sugar We honestly couldn't off choose anything better than these caravans very near to each other by 1/2 minute near the facilities by 1 minute great for my poorly legs we received our deposit back the very same day we left Never Booked private before already looking at returning next year Wendy Truly was amazing 10/10 and more for your beautiful caravans love we will be back again for sure

On arrival the place was spotless the beds was fresh (and really comfortable, slept like a baby and no complaints from kids either). The caravan has all the little homely touches in all the right places, better still 2 toilets, first ive stayed in with more than one....Plenty storage space for all the family with a full sized fridge freezer ????. I cannot recommend this caravan enough and i would definitely book again. Wendy kept intouch with all the need to knows right up until we was due to arrive and deposit was promptly given (which we had forgotten about) If you are looking for a very clean, fresh and homely space with welcoming honest owners this caravan should be your choice. Wendy has been brilliant at keeping in contact with us right from the very start. Any questions I had, Wendy would answer right away, nothing was a bother. First class customer service! “WOW what more can we say this caravan is really wow Factor read all the reviews and this really is Stunningly Beautiful a caravan with real Air conditioning A group of 6 of us (3 adults, 3 kids) stayed last week.”

The van is in a great location for walking to the club and amenities, it was exceptionally clean and very well equipped! Wendy and Ste have thought of everything from coat hangers and trinket boxes for keeping your jewellery safe, to an air fryer (brilliant for quick meals for the kids), to board games for the days you just want to chill out! We will definitely be back ???? Just a note to add, one of the taxi companies offer a £10 fare into the town centre/town centre to the caravan park and offer large cars for big groups like ours, they came quickly with very little waiting around. This was cheaper than a return bus fare for us.

The caravan was just how you see it in the photos and was at a lovely position in the park for people watching. It was ideal, as we spent some days in the caravan soaking up the sun on the decking and other days we used the bus that came into Haven to go into Blackpool. We are booked for five days in October and can't wait. Highly recommended.

We had nothing but smiles all holiday and the kids even wanted to spend our last night in the caravan playing board games on the decking they enjoyed it that much! It was a very spacious caravan and the decking was perfect as we had 24 degree weather! The caravan was spotlessly clean on arrival which made us at ease during covid knowing the caravan was well maintained and cleaned regularly. You won't have to bring half of your kitchen with you, Wendy provides cleaning products, cloths etc, tea and coffee are provided also, so no rushing off to the shop. Marton Mere is a great base for Lytham, St Annes, Blackpool and Thornton Cleveleys, Blackpool Zoo, Stanley Park is nearby with a large children's play area and café, Ashton Park at St Annes is a lovely place and a short walk from the beach, it also has a great play area and café. We can't wait to stay again, my young son did not want to leave and has already been asking when are we going back to the van.

The location is a 10-15 minute drive from Thornton Cleveleys, Lytham St Annes and Blackpool with lot's to do for the children, there's a local children's farm nearby also. Highly recommended accommodation with great communication from the owner, we will definitely book again. Thank you

“We've had a wonderful week in this fantastic caravan!”

It is plush, very comfortable and comes with many extras included like spare toilet rolls, a fully stocked cleaning cupboard (sponges, washing up liquid, bin bags, cleaning sprays etc.) and it's in a very convenient location just a couple of minute walk from the entertainment complex. Wendy was attentive and friendly both prior, during and after our stay and has even given me tips should we decide to buy a caravan of our own! We only left the caravan this morning and Wendy returned our bond this afternoon - very speedy service! We've stayed on 3 different Haven sites over the years and rented several caravans on Marton Mere and whilst we've stayed in some lovely places, this is by far the most impressive looking and well equipped caravan we've hired. There's even a chip fryer there though we didn't use it ourselves. The included internet was very welcome, especially for our teenage son though this was slow and patchy some times but for the amount of time we needed to use it, it was fine. The decking was a great addition and looked super at night when the lights came on. We would recommend this caravan to anyone and if you're looking for a real 'home from home' then this is the place for you.....assuming you can find any available dates, lol! We tried to book for the next Summer holiday's but there's no availability, unfortunately - a real indication of how great this holiday experience is!

Lots of wee added extras such as teabags and sugar (a must after a long journey), loo rolls and even a welcome hamper on arrival. Booking process made very easy with Wendy and deposit returned same day. We had a great week and will hopefully return again in the near future.

I stayed with my 2 children and they absolutely loved it too. My youngest didn't want to leave, she thought it was wonderful. From making initial enquiries to leaving, Wendy has been incredibly helpful. The caravan is beautifully done every room just perfect Everything has been thought of to make your stay feel like a home away from home. From the second we pulled up outside, it looked beautiful and inviting. Going through the door we where greeted to a lovely welcome basket with all you could need for your stay. (This was a lovely touch). The caravan was perfect, cleaned immaculately and also small things like tea bags, sugar, cleaning products where available to use. (It’s small things like this that make it more inviting). My little girl loved the decking and spent most of her time playing out there. She loved how it lit up of a night by magic as well. Very spacious inside and a selection of DVDs for the kids to watch was also a life saver as well as the WiFi. All in all, this was easily the nicest caravan I have ever used. Looked after with care and a great family feel. Also excellent customer service and easy to get in touch with if you have questions. Thank you for the use of your lovely caravan.

Wendy was amazing and changed my date without any hesitation to an available date further on. Again the van was spotless with all the little touches including a welcome basket with loads of goodies :) I was however grateful of the later date as we had amazing weather and the vans decking is a total sun trap???? and literally a stone throw away from entertainment/swimming etc Can’t wait to get next year booked it’s my new favourite place and I can’t recommend both the van and the owners enough !!

The location on the park was excellent. It was spotlessly clean and well equipped there was nothing extra other than food we needed. The welcome pack was a nice touch and was enjoyed by all! The owners were lovely and approachable nothing was too much trouble. My daughter has rebooked for the illuminations as Blackpool is easily accessible from the camp. For a family with 4 adults and 2 children it cost £22 return in a taxi. There is a direct bus also running from the camp. All in all a great stay in a beautiful caravan. Can't rate it high enough. The children loved the welcome basket and I enjoyed the wine. Little extras like the DVDs and board games kept us all entertained. Which is hard with 3 boys ranged from 13 years to 2 years. I was also very gratefully for the accessories ie bed rails, travel cot, high chair and iron and iron board. These made our stay so much easier. Beautiful caravan, great location and lovely owners. Highly recommended.

V has various channels including music channels . The positioning of this caravan is central to all amenities and activities , great play areas for infants and young children , Indoor heated swimming pool with varied daily activities and lots lots more. We booked after reading all the reviews online and have to say did think it sounded too good to be true! However it really was as good, in fact better, than the reviews said. The caravan itself is so well equipped and immaculate, the first time I haven’t had to clean on arrival. It really is like a home from home. Wendy was so helpful throughout the whole booking process and even messaged to check we had arrived ok and that all was fine with the caravan. There was a welcome basket of goodies for our arrival which was a lovely touch too. Caravan is lovely and warm with heating throughout, there are DVDs, games, cleaning materials etc too. I can’t say enough good things about the caravan or the owners and would highly recommend a holiday here. We will definitely be back! Before you even arrive for your break you are made to feel completely comfortable with the booking process thanks to Wendy’s communication. All questions are answered very quickly and with complete reassurance that no questions are too silly to ask! On arriving you will find a wonderful clean welcoming caravan with comfy beds and the extra homely touches that make renting a private caravan so much nicer. The location on the site is perfect for little legs to walk back at the end of the night. My deposit was sent back remarkably quick and even after your stay Wendy is happy to answer any questions you may have. I enquired about booking for next year and if she knew any of the other owners near her caravan as we would need around 3 next year! Needless to say we all had a great time and will be booking again next year. Book this caravan you will not be disappointed. This review has been delayed in being sent due to issues with being able to submit a review on caravans4hire website, however, as has been my whole experience Wendy has kept in contact. 5 stars aren't enough. I spent weeks looking for the perfect caravan for my families 1st holiday (2 adults and 1 infant) and we were blown away by how nice this place was. My partner was dealing with Wendy who was great. Quick communication, efficient and very friendly. On arrival, we collected the keys with no hassle. The caravan is located in a perfect spot. Close to the entertainment block and easy to find. The caravan itself is immaculate. Couldn't fault it. Very spacious, homely, lovely welcome hamper on arrival, smells very fresh and clean. It's spotless. Beds are comfortable - there was a safety guard for infants bed. The location of the park is good. Close to Blackpool, supermarkets and the zoo. Can't wait to book this place again. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful caravan.

Had a lovely weekend with our daughter and our two grandchildren and perfect weather. Space to park one car and our daughter parked hers in the Reception car park and could even see it from the van so she was happy. The van was beautiful, very comfortable, very clean and smelt wonderful with the added bonus of two toilets (the boys always wanted to go at the same time!!!!!!) there was everything you needed from kids games, dvd's and even a first aid kit. The deck was perfect with lots of chairs and a table, perfect for that glass of cold white wine that was included in the gift basket, which was a lovely touch. All in all had a brilliant long weekend. Thank you Wendy and Stephen, hope all your guests appreciate your lovely caravan as we did.

The external cleaning company were late in preparing the caravan but our hosts were soon on site, making sure we were looked after, took us for a drink and made sure everything was perfect for us, what more can you ask for! :) Once back in the caravan, they left us a goody basket full of treats which really was such a nice gesture and an unexpected surprise! This caravan is one of the nicest on site and in a great location! The booking process was easy and communication with Wendy was smooth and relaxed. Deposit returned immediately after our stay and I would say it was good value for money! If we return next year, then this is where we will want to stay! “We had a great time in this caravan, the location was very peaceful despite it being so close to the Haven facilities.”

It was also very easy to get to both Fleetwood and Blackpool from this location with it only taking about a 10min drive to Fleetwood Freeport Outlet Mall. The hosts were absolutely lovely and even left us a cute little welcome basket when we arrived which was very sweet. The caravan was very clean, modern and was well equipped with the basics that we needed such as plates, cups, glasses and cutlery. We rarely go caravanning so this was a very positive experience for us and we will definitely be booking with Wendy and Stephen again. We would definitely recommend. A++ :)
