“Myself and my companions were visiting Morecombe for the poetry festival.”

We found the caravan to be spotlessly clean and comfortable. Everything that we could need (and more) during our stay was suplied. Having stayed in many caravans over the years I can honestly say that this caravan and its host are very much at the top of our list. Thank you for making us so welcome into our holiday home and for making our stay so welcoming.

“Horror show !”

Arrive 28th July 2025- 5th August. By far the filthiest caravan I have ever had the dis-pleasure to book, circumstances meant we had to clean the place before we could even think of staying. We had pre-booked events in Blackpool, a visit to Emmerdale etc, a few hundred pounds and wouldn't be due for a refund so had little choice of not staying. After contacting the owner, she offered a poor £50 refund, We couldn't have eaten in the van due to filthy conditions throughout. Oven filthy, cooking utensils with old deposits still on them. This meant having to purchase our meals out for the six days. Caravan was thick with dust on every flat surface to which the owner said "dust gathers very quickly when you open the curtains" REALLY ? the dust was thick everywhere. I had tried to use the hoover and this wasn't picking up due to being choked full, the mop was black dirty with hair and loose deposits stuck to it. The "luxury" caravan we had booked had broken trims and facias hanging off, windows damaged between the window panes that made them look very dirty, ukcravans4hire's comment on taking it up with the owner didn't go down to well as they also took a commision from this booking, wonder what the FCA would think of this ? Despite further email, I have no offer of refund other than the original £50. Message from me : DO NOT BOOK THIS CARAVAN, AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!! The pictures on the add bear no resemblance to the actual current state of the caravan as they were taken BEFORE the caravan was sited well out of date as you will see if you look at them, no front decking in some of the interior pics. All in all, a horible van and not nice people to deal with. next move may be civil action. If I could have put a zero in my ratings, I would have, George

“Really lovely comfortable caravan with everything you need.”

Spacious and clean. Most importantly for the kids....a good WiFi reception! Owner very helpful and responsive. Situated a 2 minute walk from the main facilities, but located in a quiet area of the park. The park itself is very good compared to most other sites we've stayed at. Plenty for the kids to do, the pool is a good temperature with good changing facilities. The arcade great for the kids. Morecambe is only a 10 minute drive away. Thanks for a fantastic family holiday x

We are the Russell Family and we are the owners of a beautiful caravan situated in the heart of Heysham, Morecambe.

We have been the owners of this caravan for a little over 4 years now.

We choose our prices to fit those who are wanting to get away but on a budget as we know how expensive life is right now. Our luxurious caravan is an 8 birth, 3 bedroomed static caravan. The living area is open planned with a 6 seater sofa (pulls down into a double bed), and a single chair.

A cot is available and will be ready in the lounge area for your requirement.

The dinette area is positioned for meals/games and a large 42" SMART TV with a DVD player included.

We also include lots of games, jigsaws and various DVD'S for the little ones. The kitchen has plenty of room with full use of all kitchen amenities from a full size cooker, sink, microwave, fridge, freezer and all cookery/utensils included with lots of storage cupboards. The shower is spacious.

The twin bedrooms consist of 2 beds, side cabinets and shelving with a wardrobe. The large double bedroom includes a double bed, single wardrobe, bedside tables and a small dressing table with seating. All rooms are fully heated with double glazing. We clean our caravan ourselves and do our very best to make it as spotless as possible. Access available via Keysafe/code.

We also have a bed rail and a travel cot. Wifi can be accessed through the main complex.

HEYSHAM

Morecambe 2.8 miles; Lancaster 6.1 miles.

Heysham is a picturesque coastal village resting just a few miles from the town of Morecambe and the city of Lancaster. Woodland, open grassland and sandy beaches surround this village which houses a selection of shops, pubs, eateries and small businesses, offering something to suit all visitors. Brush up on the local history by spending time at the Heysham Heritage Centre, or if you are feeling adventurous, catch the ferry to the Isle of Man. Within striking distance is the larger town of Morecambe where you will find further amenities and attractions including the Eric Morecambe Statue and The Stone Jetty. Slightly further afield is the city of Lancaster, where you will find a medieval castle, four museums and Williamson Park which often hosts open-air concerts during the summer. Heysham is a peaceful base for exploring the area further.
