Area quite industrial however the park was really small and friendly, swimming pool and entertainment area ideal. We will be back, lovely sea view also!

“My family, and I, had a great time during our stay at this caravan.”

The park itself has lots of open space for the children to play, as well as other activities for them to engage with (although I would strongly recommend pre-booking the swimming), and we found the people on the site to be friendly and welcoming. The location of the caravan is second to none, as it is very close to all the amenities, (restaurant, shop, park reception and the beach) and it has a sea view from the main living area, which is perfect whilst enjoying a quiet morning coffee. The cleanliness of the caravan was impeccable, the communication from the owner was great and we could not have asked for more for our stay. We would definately stay here again, and would recommend this caravan to anyone.

“The Caravan was in a great location on site close to the beach.”

On arrival was very clean. Communication between myself and Lisa both running upto our stay and afterwards was excellent. The site was friendly, entertainment in the evening for the kids was great. Overall we had a great week, would recommend to anyone.

The property

Lovely 3 bedroom, 8 berth caravan to rent with so many fantastic walks, from coastal to road, that have stunning stunning views to explore right from the caravan doorstep, with Morecambe just a short drive away.

??There is also a lovely pub at the end of the lane that serves food as well as many other restaurants and pubs close by.

Great location to the seafront with views as you can see. Will you be lucky enough to see the seal on your walk to the lighthouse? Just £75 to secure your booking ?? 1 bathroom suite with double shower and another separate toilet. Bedding and bed linen included in rentals.

We also have a range of DVD's and family board games for you to enjoy as well as a range of books for all ages...

The facilities on Ocean Edge and the entertainment are so good we never leave the site when we're there to be honest, however if you do wish to venture from site its only about 5 mins drive from Morecambe centre and beach, 10 mins drive from Happy Mount Park.

Ocean Edge also runs a bus service into Morecambe.

Weekend and midweek breaks also available.

HEYSHAM

Morecambe 2.8 miles; Lancaster 6.1 miles.

Heysham is a picturesque coastal village resting just a few miles from the town of Morecambe and the city of Lancaster. Woodland, open grassland and sandy beaches surround this village which houses a selection of shops, pubs, eateries and small businesses, offering something to suit all visitors. Brush up on the local history by spending time at the Heysham Heritage Centre, or if you are feeling adventurous, catch the ferry to the Isle of Man. Within striking distance is the larger town of Morecambe where you will find further amenities and attractions including the Eric Morecambe Statue and The Stone Jetty. Slightly further afield is the city of Lancaster, where you will find a medieval castle, four museums and Williamson Park which often hosts open-air concerts during the summer. Heysham is a peaceful base for exploring the area further.
