“The caravan itself was ok, we were greated with a bottle of wine and some sweets for my little boys which was nice.”
The beds were very uncomfortable and the only room with curtains was the main bedroom, so I had to put blankets up at the windows to block out the light.
The park itself wasn't as shown on the pictures on the haven website which was disappointing.

I’m glad to hear you enjoyed the welcome treats and that the caravan itself was generally okay for your stay. Regarding the beds, they are standard size and fitted with mattresses supplied by Swift, the manufacturer of the caravan. These were replaced last year, but I understand comfort can be quite personal, and I’m sorry to hear they didn’t meet your expectations.
As for the window coverings, the caravan is fitted with blinds throughout, as they’re more hygienic and can be thoroughly cleaned between guest stays.
In terms of the park itself, I completely understand your disappointment if it didn’t match what was shown on the Haven website. The facilities and presentation of the site are managed independently by Haven and are unfortunately outside of my control, though I do my best to ensure my listing gives an accurate representation of the caravan itself.
