    “Just returned from a four night stay with my mum.”

    Cannot fault the caravan at all. It was spotlessly clean and had everything (and more) that we needed. Added extras like the bottle of wine and coffee machine (with pods) were a nice touch. The park location is ideal, as a base, to tour Cumbria and the caravan itself is in a lovey part of the park. Alison was super to deal with from start to finish. We will definately be back and have no hesitation in recommending this to anyone looking for somewhere to stay.

The park offers a fantastic range of facilities, including a scenic boating lake with various water sports available to hire, stunning coastal walks with breathtaking views, and a 9-hole golf course for those who enjoy a round in the fresh air. Our holiday home is located in a quiet, peaceful spot on the sought-after Golf Village development — ideal for relaxing after a fun-filled day. About the Holiday Home We offer a spacious Swift Moselle Coastal static caravan (38ft x 12ft) with 3 bedrooms, ideal for families. Master bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, overhead cupboards, and a 22” TV.

It also includes an en-suite with a toilet and wash basin. Two twin bedrooms, each with two single beds, wardrobes, and storage. All bed linen is provided, along with 3 medium towels and 3 small towels for your convenience. Lounge & Kitchen A comfortable lounge with two sofas, perfect for relaxing. 43" smart TV for your entertainment. Open-plan kitchen and dining area with a 6-seater table, microwave, oven, fridge-freezer, and plenty of storage space. The kitchen is also equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine and an air fryer for your convenience. Outdoor Space Large raised decking area with two rattan chairs and a coffee table at the front — perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. Side patio features a stylish rattan cube dining set with four chairs, four stools, and a parasol for alfresco dining. Extras & Essentials WiFi is available in the holiday home. Just a 5-minute walk to the on-site mini market, fish and chip shop, Papa John’s, Burger King, the main restaurant, and the swimming pool. Access & Booking Info Guests who choose not to purchase a Play Pass will still have access to on-site restaurants, bars, and takeaway outlets. We personally register your arrival with the park to ensure a smooth and easy check-in, so you can start enjoying your holiday right away.

GRANGE-OVER-SANDS

The charming Edwardian resort of Grange-over-Sands is set between the Lake District fells and Morecambe Bay and offers one of the mildest climates in the north of England. Formerly a small fishing village, the introduction of the Furness Railway transformed Grange-over-Sands into a fashionable Edwardian resort. Today, the town has much to offer the visitor including a traffic-free promenade, delightful ornamental gardens, golf courses, brass band concerts and excellent bird watching. Just a short drive away are Lake Windermere (8 miles), the villages of Bowness-on-Windermere and Hawkshead, which still retain the charm and character that has endeared them to so many, and the home of sticky toffee pudding, Cartmel, with its famous racecourse and the L’Enclume restaurant, which has been voted the 4th best restaurant in the UK. Other attractions in the area include Levens Hall, with its Elizabethan Hall and world famous topiary gardens, Holker Hall, Furness Abbey, Sizergh Castle, a National Trust medieval house and gardens, and Conishead Priory, a Gothic revival country house. There is also the 25 mile Cistercian Way which starts at Grange over Sands. Set amidst the southern lakes, the attractive town of Grange-over-Sands makes a superb base from which to enjoy the whole of this magical area.
