The property

Our lovely 'Alamae' is a six-berth caravan based at Chapel St Leonards. The spacious Double Bedroom is coupled with an attractive ensuite bathroom.

It has a large full-length window letting in lots of light.

There is plenty of storage and wardrobe space and drawers.

The ensuite bathroom is a great addition, with a WC, hand basin, and window to the side.

There is a Second Bedroom with twin beds, storage above the beds and a separate wardrobe.

There is a window to the side. The main Family Bathroom has a WC, hand basin and large shower with two built-in seats to enjoy a relaxing shower and allows you plenty of space for two small children. There is a Storage Cupboard for shoes and coats and a cupboard that houses the boiler. The Kitchen area is spacious with a large range oven, microwave, full-height fridge, freezer, toaster and kettle.

It is a bright/light area with a window to the side. The Lounge/Diner is spacious and light, with patio doors leading out onto the spacious veranda, perfect for those sunny days or as an extra dining space for breakfast or a late evening drink.

The large L-shaped sofa has plenty of space for the whole family, and the caravan is equipped with plenty of family games and a large wide-screen TV. The caravan is the perfect location in the heart of the site, but also off the main walkway, so it's not noisy.

The fantastic beach at Chapel St Leonards is just a few hundred yards away, and no matter what the weather, it is one of the best beaches in the area.

If you fancy a walk, you can take the path to Skegness or Ingoldmells. the site itself has a laundrette, fishing lake, kids play area, entertainment area in close proximity and an impressive array of shops, amusements arcades, restaurants, and public houses, It is Perfect for families with easy access to the well-kept beach with no major roads to cross. Nightly entertainment is widely available in the various clubhouses; a cabaret show bar, "Club Tropicana", is a 5-minute walk away at the Golden Palm Resort.

There is also a great family swimming pool with slides for children of all ages. Centrally located between the village centres of Chapel St Leonards and Ingoldmells, so it is an ideal base for your holiday. If you are looking for more action, look no further than Skegness.

Situated on the stunning Lincolnshire Coast, Skegness has long been regarded as one of England's top coastal resort towns.

Alongside Skegness' celebrated beachfront and its selection of fun-loving theme parks, you'll find impressive wildlife sanctuaries, nature reserves and open-air museums to explore.
