“Not a couple, but no option to choose family , myself and my mom stayed.”
Caravan was clean but very basic, TV remote didn't work properly, bed linen was stained, limited plug sockets, no hairdryer or mop which would be useful in a dig friendly van, no WiFi on the park and data signal was very poor ( obviously that is the network providers fault but WiFi onsite would negate this issue). Holiday park itself was awful, pool was out of use (empty) which was disappointing for my mom and we weren't informed before our stay , the grass around the caravans is a bog when it rains making moving around the park very difficult and ruined various shoes, whatever you do make sure you leave your car on the car park as the lanes are too narrow to turn round in without getting stuck in the mud as I sadly found out (had to wait for park maintenance staff to pull it out the next day) , walking across the park to get to my car in the pouring rain is not fun , neither is carrying all your belongings upon arrival and departure to your car on the car park, there is no local or onsite shop to purchase bread and milk etc. The price of our stay was reasonable but I've had much better caravans and parks for the same price or less.

Hi thankyou for your feedback. Sorry you wasn't happy. Yes our caravan is a older van, the photos and the price do reflect this and show this clearly. We provide what the advert says, we don't provide hairdryers etc as we expect the guests to bring their own. Speaking to many owners I know they don't provide them either. Its something that would unfortunately get taken by guests and i wouldnt want to be replacing constantly. The site having wifi is not something I am in control of neither am I the mud. Due to the weather and time of year there's nothing I can do about the mud. I am just a private owner on the site, I don't work for the site. Again the pool isn't something I am in control of either unfortunately. The site is very central with places close by for essentials so again that's not something I'm in control of again. I can understand the frustration of the site being muddy and wet but again unfortunately I'm just a owner of the caravan and don't control the weather or the site. We have vans on 8 different sites and all are struggling with the weather and mud lately. The stained bedding should have been reported to us straight away so we can rectify, we use professional cleaning companies so i would have liked to have known this. We try our hardest to give guests reasonably priced holidays and sorry our older caravan wasn't to your liking. We don't charge alot for holidays, and we don't state our caravan is anything that it's not. It's just a basic older caravan which is priced according but is a lovely well loved caravan by us, our regulars and alot of new guests.
