Nice secure decking if you have dogs ,Owner Laura was excellent in keeping in touch to see if everything was OK.

“Laura's caravan is very clean & comfortable, it has everything you will need ,easy access to shops & beach the veranda has a gate which means if you have dog ,caravan door can be left open when it's warm & dog is secure &laura is very easy to communicate with we had a great time.”

“This the 2nd time we have been for a holiday in this caravan ,Perfect location for us quite most of the time ,The caravan is well equipped this time we used the central heating at night just to take the chill off soon warmed up like to thank the owner Laura for being so friendly and helped us out with a quarry or 2 soon sorted.”

Another lovely week as well as good weather . Hope to be back in the summer .next year .

“Great caravan with everything needed to make our stay very comfortable.”

The site is lively with lots going on and having the passes to the swimming pool was a bonus. Laura was very helpful and nothing seemed to much trouble. Thank you would definitely book again.

“Fantastic little getaway for myself and my family.”

By far the nicest caravan we have stayed in over the last couple of years. Clean and modern with everything you need provided by the host and great communication throughout. Great location close to all amenities with a bus stop on your doorstep to travel into Ingoldmells and Skegness. We will definitely booking with Laura again. Thank you so much :-)

The property

6 berth caravan with double glazed windows and central heating.

This beautiful holiday home has a Double bedroom with leading door into the spacious standing shower and bathroom, spacious room with plenty of Wardrobe space, Twin bedroom with over head cupboard and Wardrobe and a pull out double bed under one of the seating area in the living room. There is a fully equipped kitchen into an open plan dining and living area kitted with a Smart tv and dvd player.

It is situated only a 2 minute walk to the archers and happy days club.

On-site outdoor pool open during peak season with 6 passes included please check with happy days holiday homes site when this is open., there is an on-site launderette open to public also. This home is located only a few minutes direct walk through the park to the beach, close to pubs, arcades and other shops.

Parking is available in front and behind of the van.

Please note parking in front of the van may be restricted due to the weather conditions. Unfortunately bed linen is not provided.

Chatsworth 1 mile; Bakewell 5 miles.

The pretty village of Baslow lies at the north end of stately Chatsworth House - home to the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire. The village has many unusual and picturesque features including a triple-arched river bridge guarded by a toll house whose doorway is only 3 1/2 feet high! Baslow offers a range of village amenities including shops, pubs and restaurants. Close by is Bakewell, the capital of the Peak District, and home of the famous Bakewell pudding (definitely not tart!), still made locally to an old and secret recipe. Bakewell is at the scenic heart of the Peak District, and with Alton Towers also within easy touring distance, there is plenty for the whole family to enjoy.
