“We had an issue with the key code but that was quickly resolved.”

Can not fault the accomodation how ever the description of the property needs to be redone as it atat d there was a TV in the master bedroom which would have been an ideal solution for my austic son to help him relax and fall to sleep at night ,we over came the issue by letting him fall to sleep in the lounge and carrying him to bed . If this is not an issue then the accommodation is ideal . Great location to the shop and all the amenities

“Fantastic, spacious, clean, well equipped Caravan.”

Lovely spot on site, very handy for shop and all activities. Owners very helpful, easy to contact and nothing is too much trouble. I would definitely recommend a stay here, this is our second year staying with these owners and we have enjoyed both stays. We will be booking again. Definitely an A++++++ Holiday.

“Beautiful Caravan.”

Real home from home. Comfy beds and sofa. Very spacious. In a lovely quiet area. Lots of extras including dishwasher, large fridge freezer, lots of pots, pans and cutlery. Will definitely be booking again.

“We had a lovely week staying at the caravan.”

It catered to all our needs and was clean and well stocked. The beds were comfy and having the dishwasher on hand was a welcome benefit. The only downfall was not having a gate on the decking with young children.

“I stayed here with my disabled mum and it was lovely.”

The caravan was perfect for her getting about with her walking frame and for me getting her in/out with wheelchair. It was spotless and had everything we needed and more to enjoy a 4 day stay with my dog also. The doors are all wide sliding doors and the beds are comfortable. There is a large tv in the living room and a small one in the main bedroom which was perfect for when mum wanted to go to bed and rest. There's a small dishwasher in the kitchen but TBH with Burger king, Papa Johns and Cook's fish & chips on site we didn't use it ????.. the site and the beach was perfect. Loads of things to do for families.

Apart from the bedding needing a wash the caravan was alright the site entertainment was really poor didn't get to make use of the passes also even with passes you still have to pay half and there isn't much to do there and everything need to be booked in advance hence why we made no use of passes came back on the Sunday afternoon as nothing much you could do that wasn't owners fault tho

“We have just been on a 7nts holiday for the first time in Mablethorpe on the Golden Sands resort in a fantastic Caravan.”

Which is ran by the makethemsmile trust which is a great trust to support. The caravan was excellent very spacious, very clean, well stocked up and well placed very closed to the main attractions. this caravan is an excellent choice if you are looking for a holiday I will be returning thats for sure. Crystal communication was excellent always there if you needed them. thanks again what a great week we had.

“I stumbled across this caravan a few days before we (myself, wife and 4 children!”

) wanted to get away - everywhere else was too expensive or not available. A quick call to Crystal to check availability and she was a joy to talk to too. The caravan was excellent, in just the right position in relation to the entertainment/arcade/shop - just far away that you couldn't hear anything, but close enough to walk. The privilege card made the holiday even better - 50% off activities (that kept the kids busy!), and smaller discount everywhere else on site (including the pub!). Crystal was easily contactable and I have recommended the caravan/her to others already, and I'm sure we will be back again.

“Me and a friend stayed in this caravan.”

With my dogs. It was a very comfortable caravan and homely, very clean and fitted all our needs, the owner crystal was very helpful and it was easy to get in touch with her which was very nice and polite and catered for anything we needed to know, would book again to stay there next time I visit mablethorpe in an instance. Excellent for the beach too only a 2 minute walk.Rob from derby.

I was so happy to see the beds were normal size and not caravan size this was a massive bonus! The caravan is situated not far from the on site facilities and the use of the privilege card is great! Only negative comment would be don’t eat in the on site restaurant the food is awful! Thank you for a great stay!

“I booked this as a a last minute "time out" break for me and my dog and it could not of been more perfect.”

The owner was so friendly and helpful. The extra room that this style off caravan provides is fantastic, especially the wet room and shower. So many extra's were provided in the caravan too and were much appreciated. The caravan is ideally situated as its only a short walk to the Parks facilities and just a 10 minute walk to an absolutely stunning beach. I would highly recommend and will definitely book a return visit.

!Lovely spacious caravan with wheelchair facilities if needed,dog friendly and only a 5 minute walk to beach . Would definitely recommend.

“Excellent! Excellent!”

From the start of the booking procedure Crystal couldn't have been more helpful. The caravan was clean with plenty of space inside for wheelchairs/ walking aids. All doors are sliding making moving around the caravan even easier for my limited mobility Mum. Fab wet room for easy showering. The caravan is fully equipped with everything you need to have a great holiday, from board games & DVD's if the weather isn't being kind, to outdoor games if the sun comes out. Mum hired a mobility scooter whist we were there and the plug outside the van was so handy for charging. Everything was great, we were very impressed! All details had been thought of, even down to the card that gives you 15% off the on site shop, eateries & takeaways. Thank you to Crystal & everyone at the make them smile charity, we will definitely be spreading the word , it was such a good value for money holiday and we'll certainly be back!

“Easy to book, Crystal the caravan owner was very helpful and polite.”

Caravan was very clean and had your basic essentials which was very handy I.e Tea’s, coffees, washing up liquid etc. Shower was better than the one at home!! Privilege card was really good as we got 50% off activities. Was able to take our dog 2 so was a fantastic first holiday. Caravan was modern and was supplied with lots of board games. Very satisfied customers.

There caravan was ideal for my daughter who uses a wheelchair and there was plenty of games, dvds for my young grandsons. The caravan was lovely and clean and was well equipped. Will definitely be coming back.

The site this is on is really good for children and adults lots to do and close to the sea too! We have for hire a 2 bedroom ( sleeps max 6) adapted caravan which is well suited for families where one or more members of your family require access for a wheelchair or need wet room facilities. There is a Smart TV in the living area which can be connected to your mobile data to stream online media e.g.

Netflix /YouTube etc. There is a second television in the Master Bedroom Bed Guard if required (Located beneath one of the beds) Pushchair or Stroller if required – (Located in the benches outside) The keys for this are on the caravan keys. Lifting Pole available. There is a toddler life jacket in the main bedroom wardrobe. We also have an Iron and Ironing board situated in a wardrobe. For Your Indoor Entertainment; Board Games Books Children’s DVD’s For Your Outdoor Entertainment, (Located in the benches outside); Buckets and spades Football Horseshoe Game Velcro Catch ball Giant Garden Darts Game Free fun passes to use many of Haven's attractions are included in the price. Check in days are Monday for 4 & 7 nights and Friday for 3 nights. Check in at 3pm, Check out at 10am
