Charlene and John have the most beautiful caravan with absolutely everything you need. The hot tub was an added bonus. Our two girls never wanted to come out of it. The caravan itself is in a lovely location nice and peaceful. We loved watching the jets fly over everyday. I really enjoyed having a coffee machine it made a beautiful cuppa. Can’t thank you enough for letting us stay in your caravan. We can’t wait to come back thank you.

“We had the most wonderful time on our break at the caravan, the van had everything we needed including tea and coffee which was a lovely gesture.”

The place was lovely and clean with lots of games for the kids. We had two teen girls who loved the hot tub and two under 2 who enjoyed all the stuff the park had to offer. The owners were great at communicating with us prior to arrival and helping us with passes etc. would really recommend.

“Lovely caravan and Charlene was great at keeping in touch.”

Check in instructions were really easy. The caravan was fully equipped with everything you needed and even a coffee machine which was a nice touch. Even the little guests had been thought of, with games and colouring stuff. Nice clean comfortable caravan and it was nice in the evening in the hot tub watching the Typhoons fly over. The site was very clean but we didn't use any of the onsite facilities as we went out everyday. Easy to walk into Tattershall or if you fancy longer into Coningsby. I would definitely look at returning to stay as we felt the owners had gone above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Thank you.

“Great stay in this caravan over the Easter break.”

Good value for money, especially considering the hot tub (which our boys loved). Charlene was great and communicated really well. Deposit returned very quickly. Park setting is lovely, albeit passes are pricey (not within the control of the owners). Would highly recommend this caravan, owner and location.

“This is the first time we have been to Tattershall lakes and it was great!”

Staying in private accommodation (not booking through Away resorts) is always a worry of mine but I was so happy with everything at Charlene & Johns caravan, it was very clean, cosy, felt really homely. There was a xbox which the kids were over the moon with! We didnt need to bring a t thing. We ordered our shopping to be delivered which was so handy. Lovely having our own en suite on the main bedroom too! It was such a treat having a hot tub, the kids wanted to be in it 24/7. Its sunny in a morning on the terrace and hot tub so we enjoyed breakfast outside and morning dips in the hot tub. I spoke with Charlene a lot beforehand and she made sure to tell us to book swimming and activities in advance as they sell out, so glad we did as there were so many families that hadn’t and kids looked gutted! We have 3 kids under 3 including 3 month old twins and Charlene made sure to have a highchair for us plus a travel cot and even provided a new mattress for the twins to sleep in. I dont have one negative from this week and we will definitely be coming back and definitely staying at Charlene and Johns place again!! 100% recommend this caravan xxx

We were very looked after, whe arrived at the caravan we were surprised at the facilities available, the Xbox and netflix went down a treat with my daughter . The hot tub was the icing on the cake and was very well maintained during our stay. The park had everything to offer for a holiday , entertainment , swimming and I was very impressed with the level of professionalism from the staff. We had a blast and can't wait to go back again next year . Thankyou so much for letting us stay.

“Lovely clean caravan with very handy extra touches to make your stay more pleasurable.”

I highly recommend it for a stay Charlene was most helpful with any queries I had. The park itself does have extra costs on top of the entertainment passes which I found a little excessive and I'd advise to book your swimming sessions as far in advance of your stay as possible as there were none available for us whilst there.

Tattershall site has plenty to offer including water ski, aqua park, indoor & outdoor swimming, indoor splash play, playground, archery, fishing, mini golf, VR experience, high ropes, laser tag, spa, gym, arcades, indoor & outdoor bars, restaurants, beaches, evening entertainment, outdoor cinema, onsite shop, pedalo hire plus more.

Nestling between the Fens and the Wolds in the heart of Lincolnshire, is Tattershall Lakes Country Park, the perfect location to enjoy that special holiday. Tattershall Park consists of 365 acres offering woodlands, lakes and open spaces along with fantastic sporting opportunities. There is a 60-acre water skiing and wakeboard lake, a 45-acre jet skiing lake, a cable wakeboard lake, and even three lakes covering all aspects of coarse fishing, two bars, one with lake views, a restaurant, children's play area and an on-site supermarket. Should you wish to venture outside this great location, a wealth of attractions can be found. NT's Tattershall Castle is next to Tattershall Park, and further afield Belvoir Castle, Burghley House and Belton House are all well worth a visit. Within half an hour's drive you can be exploring the popular cathedral city of Lincoln, with its castle overlooking the medieval streets, or spend a day discovering the coast, visiting nature reserves at Donna Nook and Gibraltar Point. For a day out at a traditional seaside resort visit Skegness, Mablethorpe or Cleethorpes.
