“What a beautiful caravan and in a brilliant spot.”

Lovely clean caravan with two shower rooms. Everything you could need was there too. Nice decking with a locked gate so the dog could go outside and be safe. Would love to stay here again

“We stayed at 13 the pastures on Cleethorpes beach gave site, we couldn’t fault anything, the location of the caravan is perfect for walks to the beach or a trip to the entertainment complex.”

The caravan is stunning it has two separate bathrooms both with showers and toilets and a sink, the master bedroom is spacious and the bed is big and really comfortable so a decent night sleep is guaranteed. The kitchen and dining area is easily big enough for a family of 4 and the lounge is really comfortable and cosy. I would definitely stay here again as it was a beautiful place and we actually had some decent weather despite the odd shower. Thomas and Gillian have really provided everything you need for a lovely stay in their stunning caravan. The decking and veranda area even has a lock on the gate so pets and small children have no way of wandering out. Probably the best caravan we have ever stayed in and we are picky ????

“Just back from a lovely weekend at Stephanie’s caravan, lovely, clean well equipped, quite a home from home.”

The location is ideal, near to everything, we had some great weather and made good use of the large enclosed dog friendly decking. Stephanie was great to deal with nothing too much trouble. We would love to book again if she’d have us.

“We had a wonderful stay in this lovely, cosy caravan.”

By far the best caravan we have ever stayed in! Was very clean and had everything you would require for a week long stay, even Netflix and WiFi. Was nice to be able to relax on the veranda, which the dogs enjoyed too. There is also a grassed area behind the caravan where the kids were able to play safely. En suite bathroom is very spacious and beds are all very comfy. Stephanie and David were very helpful and friendly during and after booking, so full marks for customer service. Should also mention that Thorpe Park is a great park for all round family entertainment. Would definitely recommend to everyone and will be back again before too long. Thanks again Stephanie and David!

“Just had a lovely week in this gorgeous caravan, Stephanie and David are a pleasure to talk to nothing is to much trouble for them, Stephanie states it is a home from home caravan and she definitely means it, when we arrived we had tea and coffee etc waiting for us, it was lovely and warm, the caravan has everything you need and more, the internet is very good for bad weather days and she even supplies a electric blanket on the king size bed and also a washing machine to do your own washing if needed, there is also a lot of cleaning products provided so you don’t need to bring your own , this definitely is a home from home caravan.”

We would come back to this beautiful caravan, thank you Stephanie and David for a fantastic week in your home.

“We stayed in caravan 11971 excellent communication with owners Steph and David both by phone and email message.”

Caravan has lovely decking to front and side with swing on side part table chairs to front which made our day on a warm April day. We only went for a 3 night break but enjoy the break some things remain closed after lockdown. It with a small fun fair for children It suited our son and daughter in law with grandchildren who we met up with we all had lots of fun after a long lockdown. Beach is a 5 minute walk with bars open outside service. Only. There are further pubs 5 minutes away with shops tesco supermarket And KFC and macdonals 5 minutes away. Lovely fish and chip shop outside park gate to left 2 minutes away delicious. We are a mature couple and suited our needs perfectly but it would suit small family having 2 bedrooms. The caravan has a lovely warm homely feel with all essentials to hand. Radiaters in all rooms plus Cole face electric fire makes it feel warm on a chilly night even the king size bed had a electric blanket. Steph provided milk and condiments plus toilet rolls shower essentials hairdryer ect Although we took our own things Steph and Dave provided a home from home on all fronts which many owners don’t. Could not fault this caravan or service by owners at all 10/10. Will be back one day soon we hope. Thank you Steph and Dave.

2018 model Set in a prime position on The Pastures on Thorpe park Cleethorpes this family owned caravan is our latest upgrade from our Willerby for the past few years.

We have 100% satisfaction from everybody who stayed with us. Please know that this is a none smoking caravan inside and out. We give it a homely feel with tea and coffee available on arrival. Flat screen smart televisions in living area and bedrooms. DVD player in living area and both bedrooms have built in dvd's. WiFi is included New for 2023 we have a washing machine fitted that will save a trip to the laundry. Open plan living with full wrap round decking with lockable gate and gentle ramp ideal for wheelchairs, prams and weary legs. Main bedroom has en-suite toilet and shower plus a walk-in wardrobe. 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds. A large amount of takeaway restaurants are within a short drive away including McDonalds KFC and Taco Bell. All the Major supermarkets are within a short drive as well. Only a few short minutes walk to the beach Cleethorpes is a lovely place with lots going on throughout the season.

This caravan will be available to rent for various weeks or short stays from Mid-March onwards There is a refundable deposit of £50 payable at the time of booking, this will also secure your booking Should there be any costs incurred to bring the caravan back to standard the deposit will be used.

We provide all duvets and pillows, you will need to bring your own bed linen, towels, tea towels.

Unless you specifically ask us to provide your bed linen.

There will be a charge of £50 for this service.
