“The caravan was superb and created the base of a great few days away.”

It was filled with loads of useful things and unexpected extras that we all loved. Plus was super clean and smelt amazing! There was just 3 of us, so plenty of space, making it suitable for some visitors we had on one of the days too. We would highly recommend and come back, thanks!

Got everything you need while staying there, great space and location for families. Was welcomed with a lovely hamper to fit all age groups and was super clean when we arrived. Great customer service, very quick and polite messages if we had any questions. Would definitely recommend to people with children or even just for a relaxing week away.

It is very clean with everything you need as a home away from home. 2 toilets and 3 bedrooms it’s ideal for any family. It’s a perfect location - a short walk away from the shop, complex and beach. My kids finding the board games/family games were an absolute bonus! Thank you for a fabulous stay - fully recommend to anyone! X

“Had a cheeky Bank Holiday weekend break in this stunning caravan.”

It's in a perfect location on the site. The Caravan was immaculate and very comfortable for me, my parents and my two boys. The welcome basket was a lovely touch, the boys where thrilled. It's so nice to turn upto caravan that is even better than It's pictures. We would definitely stay again! :)

I have stayed here numerous times with my children and I’ve never been disappointed. Sarah the owner is always at hand if needed. I really can’t find a downside to booking. I will definitely be going again before the end of the year

I needn't have worried. Sarah was very friendly, helpful and nothing was a bother to her. The caravan is in a great location, has everything you need and more. Its clean, comfortable with added personal touches. The site is excellent and the facilities have been improved massively since our last visit. You are quite close to the complex and onky a short walk away to one of the beach pathways. I would highly recommend staying in Sarah's caravan and would definitely book with her again.

Had a excellent stay, owner is really helpful right from booking up to arrival and leaving, caravan was perfect it had everything you need and more, it’s on a lovely site that had lots to do with kids, a site shop that wasn’t expensive, within easy reach of beach , amenities, etc would highly recommend a stay here, we will be returning

If there was an option higher than 5 I would of selected it I contacted owners so many times from booking it to ask questions and a reply was almost instant nothing was to much trouble we had a lovely stay and cleanliness was to a high standard there was everything we needed here already looking at dayesin summer holidays to book again

The caravan itself was spotless, bed are very comfy, shower and toilets were all cleaned to a high standard. It’s close to the shop and on site facilities which are great. Location is great and it was nice and quiet too. We will 100% be coming back again.

“Just come back from an amazing girlie weekend.”

The caravan was spotless inside and out with plenty of room (there were 7 adults in our party and it didn’t feel cramped at all). The beds are lovely and comfy and we all got a great night sleep. Fab power shower and two toilets. Fully equipped kitchen with all cutlery and cleaning products supplied. The site itself is beautiful, the caravan is just a very short walk to everything and a bus runs every half hour to take you into cleethorpes. I can’t fault my weekend at all, great service from the owners from booking right through to check out. Will definitely be back with the family in tow next time as the site is great for kids ????

“We have just got back for 5 days!”

! And OMG!!! It was amazing!! We was given all the details we needed the morning of our holiday before we departed, when we got there it was super easy! Everything was soo clean inside, and smelt amazing ???? It was only a short walk to the on-site shop, facilities and onsite entertainment including activities. The beach was close by as well and just a short walk into cleethorpes. We can’t thank you enough for making it so easy to book with you and everything after..if your looking for a caravan holiday in a peaceful part of the site then this is your caravan ????

“Just got back from a 4 night stay, couldn't recommend enough.”

Communication with Sarah from start to finish was amazing, Nothing too big or small & responses were fast. Caravan was clean, tidy & smelt amazing ?? To the main facilities etc was a short walk but nothing more then 5 mins, train also on site that takes you too and from caravan to main site. Children enjoyed Thorpe Park and the caravan stay they have asked to visit again ???? xx

“Booked on a whim the week before we arrived, I only had old memories of caravaning from 20 years ago and how dated they were, however my new experience is a lot different!”

The caravan was absolutely spotless, smelt so clean and fresh and I felt like I was at home! Everything from cutlery and kids plates (which I’d forgot to bring) was in the caravan. The beds were SO comfy and I was surprised how comfy the pull out bed was too, over all on par, if not better than a top hotel you’d stay at. Perfect walking distance from the holiday spot and the beach just a short walk away, it’s location is brilliant. Sarah the host was an absolute star. responded to any questions I had straight away, commutation was second to none. The star of the show for me was the shower! I didn’t know caravans these days had showers in lol never mind a beautifully hot and powerful one which this one had, absolutely amazing! Will 100% be booking again with Sarah as soon as she has some availability, I can see why people are returning. Amazing week away!

Sarah’s caravan is spotlessly clean & the beds are comfy! The scentsy room fragrances were a big hit. It was really nice to come in after a day out to such a lovely fragrance as soon as you open the caravan door. We liked the decking & sat in the sun one evening enjoying a nice glass of wine. While we were there, Haven opened the new adventure park facilities which the children really enjoyed. Sarah is a great communicator and very attentive. Thank you Sarah! ??

They were absolutely blown away with firstly the size of the caravan, then the cleanliness and facilities that were available. They couldn’t think of anything that wasn’t provided! They loved how close it was to all the amenities and the beach which was a huge hit! In fact they loved it so much they came straight back and rebooked to go back again in a few months , thank you Sarah for making it a beautiful memorable holiday x

??????? The children loved every minute, the place was spotless and it smelt absolutely fabulous!! The park and facilities it’s self is clean and there is work ongoing to make it even better which will be ready for Summer 2022. We can’t wait to come again …. Cleethorpes is a traditional seaside resort on the east coast of Lincolnshire between Hull and Mablethorpe. It offers stunning long sandy beaches, sand dunes to the south and a central promenade as well as a pier where you can indulge in classic fish and chips while admiring the views across the North Sea.
