Never stayed in this caravan, has settee was ripped which had throws over it, carpet came away from kitchen which was fraid ,duvet had stains over it, sweets ect under tv cabinet, wall paper of bedroom wall was ripped, fag burns in carpet, and yes did contact the owner she was not having any of it, saying its ok then blaming hoilday makers ect wouldn't refund my money at all only got hundred pound bk my daughters caravan was dirty wouldn't refund her money except bond, told her we wasn't using them, i would not recommend her caravans at all , all i can say his to kingfisher site office thankyou for letting us rent one of your caravans at short notice we are lucky enough we can do this cause familys might not be able to afford it , seeking legal advice now

As I've already told this lady.. before leaving and not replying to texts telling what was wrong... (just that she had left as not to standard) it's in my terms and conditions to give me the chance to rectify. Any cleaning issues would have been sorted straight away had I got the chance to send the cleaner back out
Unfortunately the bedroom wallpaper has been ripped by a previous guest but I need time between let's to wallpaper which will be done once van is empty. The wallpaper would not affect their stay its purely cosmetic.
The throws are not there to cover a ripped sofa as it's not ripped . They are there because it's a pet friendly caravan, to save the upholstery getting stained and prevent from being ripped.
Also on inspection the 2 duvets in main bedroom had been swapped from cotton topped 1s I used to some others but again they were easily replaced and I would have brung new bedding that day had I been made aware instead of being ignored.
I am always on hand for any issues and have 5 star reviews over on my website and lots of repeat bookings for this caravan and others and a good reputation.
Unfortunately we just can't please everyone but it's only fair I should have been given the chance to rectify issues as stated in my terms and conditions
