The property

Small dogs accepted. On your arrival you will fined a welcome pack left for you containing Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Milk, a pack of chocolate biscuits a bottle of pop & bag of sweets for the kids or grownups.

This is my 8 berth, 3-bedroom static caravan for holiday hire only located on Waterside Leisure Park on Anchor Lane in Ingoldmells Skegness Lovely spacious van. The caravan has one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, I provide all bedding, you must provide your own towels.

I provide tea towels and cleaning sprays etc. There is a Freeview TV and a Play Station 4 there are a few games provided, you can also bring your own.

DVDs can also be played through the game console. There is a fully equipped kitchen.

There is a good size shower room with a shower, wash basin and WC.

This van also benefits a separate WC.

Iron and ironing board are provided.

Bookings & Conditions No smoking inside the caravan.

Outside only. Waterside Park is located on Anchor Lane in Ingoldmells, Skegness, just a short distance from the beach which can be accessed from the site.

On site, there is a family bar called Rhinos with family entertainment + Bingo.

There is a fishing lake that is available for anglers to fish for a small charge.

There are shops, show bars and amusements just a 5-minute walk from the caravan and there is a family bar and restaurant called Woodys just across from the entrance of the park and a shop and bakery just a minutes’ walk away. Animal Farm is about a 2-minute walk from the site, which is excellent for the children.

A bus stop can be found just outside the site, which can take you to Ingoldmells for East gate market (7 days a week) and Fantasy Island - or if you fancy a walk, it’s about 20 minutes. Guests will be given a welcome pack on arrival tea, coffee, milk and there is always a little something for the children
