We had 2 wonderful weeks in this beautiful spacious clean comfy caravan , Neil and debbie were very accommodating and on hand all the time we have had lots of caravan stays and this was the best one by far, so much so we coming back in September

There is everything you need for a great stay, well equipped kitchen, selection of games and dvds, smart tv and most importantly for me beds as comfy as our own. Neil and Debbie respond quickly to any questions and go out of their way to makesure you stay is a great one. I can't recommend highly enough.

Neil and Deb are excellent hosts who provide an excellent caravan and have great communication. The caravan is very clean and very comfortable. It has everything you need for your stay, a well equipped kitchen, tv with dvd player, a selection of dvd's and games. If stopping in Mablethorpe I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

“We found the description spot on .”

Easy booking .Great communication throughout from the owners.The caravan was spotlessly clean and had excellent kitchen equipment , all you need , real home from home. Everything carefully thought out .we did not use the on-site tavern much only once , the meal was good value . But as we had an autistic 7 year old he needs some more stimulation .The information book in the caravan was clear and very useful ..we all enjoyed our stay and all agreed we would go back again .

“The caravan is bright and airy, with a homely feeling to it.”

The main bedroom has 2 good sized wardrobes as well as full length shelf unit and dressing table. There was enough room to house our dogs cage which was wonderful as we like to keep him close and know he's safe and happy. The ottoman bed was a huge help to store the suitcases. Wow the Henry hoover is a real bonus. No I don't spend all week cleaning, but it's lovely to be able to leave the caravan as you would like to find it. The owners really have thought of everything with their caravan and customer service. Seeking out local places which are dog friendly including areas of the beach which are off limits. I don't think we have ever had someone give such attention to detail for a customer. The WiFi helped to keep everyone happy while in the caravan and during the one day we had wet weather there were plenty of options between games to play and films to watch. Also a fabulous touch is what I will call a brew starter kit. As well as salt pepper and vinegar etc. Loads of access to cleaning products and facilities. This was the first time we'd ever used an air fryer ( and we'll be buying one now). Every room smelt pleasant every day thanks to the air fresheners dotted around. A fabulous home from home. Money well spent. Thanks to the owners.

“What a lovely caravan.”

Had everything you need, even an Air Fryer. Very spacious, huge main bedroom and plenty of DVDs and games for the kids. The Caravan was spotless, and if I could give it a 10 star rating, I would for everything. The owners are very friendly, gave me all the info I needed and even recommended places to go, nothing was too much trouble. Great location and just a short walk to the beach. Club at night was fantastic entertainment. Cannot wait to go back I've already booked for next year.

On arrival the caravan wasn’t just clean it was spotless. It has everything you need plus some lovely touches like having two keys, the air fryer and catchup tv. The beds are extremely comfortable with mattress protectors so you know there’s nothing nasty lurking in it. It has a side decking which is gated so secure for your dog and lovely to sit out on. We enjoyed it so much we’ve already booked again. Steve & Bev

The property

Based on the popular Towervans Holiday Park, we have recently acquired this static, and have upgraded features, putting in all new appliances. The Caravan consists of 32" smart TV with DVD player, Freeview with plenty of channels, new kettle, toaster, Air fryer, microwave, fridge/freezer, and a metal pull out bed in the living area. The Caravan is a 2005 ABI Brisbane model, and has been very well looked after, and furnishings and décor replaced to make your potential stay comfortable and relaxing. This is a no smoking Caravan We can offer bedding at £15 per double, and £7.50 per single, per week, this can be added at any time up to one week before your stay. We have WIFI in the caravan with its own router, and this will be available for a small fee. Thank you and hope to have you stay soon. * We know a cleaning fee is added to a booking, but please leave the caravan in a reasonable condition when vacating, as we have had some instances where this has not been the case and impacted other guests due to cleaning times.

MABLETHORPE

Louth 15 miles; Skegness 17 miles.

Mablethorpe is a small seaside town on the Lincolnshire coast. The town boasts a sandy beach, voted as one of the top 10 beaches in the UK, where you can enjoy sunbathing or a dip in the sea. Mablethorpe has a selection of reputable restaurants with a variety of cuisines, including Italian, Greek, Chinese and French, plus high street stores and independent shops, along with a weekly street market where visitors can pick up locally produced goods.
