“Arrived opened door and the smell of smoke was horrendous to say the least as it was supposed to be non smoking.”
Messaged women owner she said no one as been smoking, the husband came with fabreeze, and he told us that he was told by people on the site, the people who have been in the accommodation for 3 months were smoking. We had to leave windows and door open for at least few hours, couldn't stay in it for long cause of smoke smell. Definitely not go again. Beds and sofa both uncomfortable. Kettle was dirty with furing. Had to clean before use. Had to wash everything when got home even clothes that hadn't been worn. Because of smoke smell ????

We are sorry that you felt had to leave it 4 weeks to give a review, yes you mentioned the smoke smell on arrival, but you never commented on your other dislikes, we have had nothing but praise over the chalet in all the time we have had it, the kettle is regularly descaled, once again we are sorry you had a bad experience
