The property

10 Berth Delta Ampilo Caravan consisting of one double room, three twin rooms.

Further Double pull out bed in lounge. The Amplio is comfortable and spacious, the welcoming appeal, an ideal family holiday home.

The modern fitted kitchen with full oven and grill allow easy transfer to the spacious dinette style eating area.

Booking Terms There is a £75 deposit/bond on family Breaks and £100 deposit/bond on adult weekends.

First of all this is to secure the break, and then is held as a bond against any damage or cleaning costs that may be incurred after your stay.

Your deposit will be returned within 7-10 working days.

Please note the deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your break. Bedding can be supplied for a additional charge of £40 this includes sheets, Pillow Cases/Duvet covers Travel Cot and Collapsable Highchair available upon request at no extra charge.

Smoking is only permitted outside. As soon as full payment is received you will receive your sublet form this is what you need to check in.

You can gain access to butlins from 12 noon on their day of arrival with this form.

The resort staff on the gate will tell you where you can park and where to go when it is time to check-in.

Please note without the lead guest you will not be able to check-in.

No keys or passes will be handed out before the check-in time.

Don`t worry if you are going to be late if the caravan village reception has closed by the time you get there, your keys and welcome pack will be at the security gate house.

On the day you leave you must be out of the caravan and hand your keys in by 10am this is to allow the cleaners time to get the caravan ready for the next guests.

The keys must be handed in to the caravan village reception or the security gatehouse.

Please feel free to use butlins facilities for as long as you like.

Please make sure the caravan had been left in a clean and tidy condition as any additional cleaning cost will be deducted out of your bond.

If you wish to cancel the deposit is non-refundable.

If you cancel before your payment due date (8 week before the start date) you will be given a refund for any payment you may have made except the £75 deposit as this is non-refundable.

Any time after this there is an additional £50 cancelation fee.

Any amendments after the sublet form has been submitted to butlins will incur a £25 Admin cost.

Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £100.
