On entering the secluded cul de sac area of Sandhills in Butlins Caravan Village, you will find our home from home caravan with its private parking space.
You will see the lovely large veranda area with outside patio furniture to the side of the caravan, which receives sunshine all day.
The lounge/ dining area is designed to be as comfortable as possible and has a 32 inch TV and blu ray/ DVD player with remote controls.
There are many DVDs available for your use along with games and activities for the children such as a games console with games.
There is an electric fire for extra comfort although there is central heating throughout the caravan.
There is a freestanding dining table and chairs along with a high chair should you need it.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need to cater for your family.
There is a full size gas cooker and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and a slow cooker/ crockpot.
There is an under counter fridge and table top freezer.
Cleaning products are provided including vacuum, iron and ironing board and wet/dry mop for you to use during your stay.
All bedrooms have mattress and pillow protectors.
All beds have quilt and pillows provided.
Bedding including sheets is provided, these will need to be made up and stripped upon arrival and departure.
The main bedroom has a hairdryer for your use.
All bedrooms have USB plug sockets and bedside lamps.
A travel cot is available if needed.
There is a shower room with WC and on tap hot water and also a separate WC with wash basin.
The large 12 x 20 ft veranda is completely secure and is lucky enough to be facing the sun all day and patio furniture is there for your use.
Please note: smoking or vaping inside the caravan is NOT permitted so please smoke outside using the ashtrays provided.
Your Butlins wristband will give you access to everything that Butlins has to offer such as access to the beach, Skypark, updated fairground, splash water world, soft play, amusements and all the fantastic shows but you will need to wear and display this at all times.

The famous Fantasy Island theme park and market and Ingoldmells shops and beach are within walking distance (approximately 20 minutes stroll or if you prefer to take the car, parking is approximately £5 for the full day).
There is also a regular bus service that stops on the main road that takes you directly into Ingoldmells or Skegness.
Skegness is a 10 minute drive with all it has to offer including its glorious beach, amusements, rides, aquarium, seal sanctuary and great variety of shops.
There are several local golf courses and many great fishing lakes and lots of local wildlife parks for you to explore.
