The property

6 berth, 2 bed, master bed with 2 x singles and pull out at front. Modern inside with everything you need, pots, pans, plates, kettle, toaster, microwave ,knifes and folks, cups and glasses, fridge TV to living room and master bed. Both smart tv so can use hot spot from mobile device to stream. Clean van throughout we use ourselves it's not just a rental week in and out. Bedding supplied but own pillow cases and duvet covers must be brought with you (failure to use covers will result in bond not being g returned). Does have a large gated veranda to sit out on ( chairs will be there dependent on season ) Travel cot will be supplied on request. Van is situated 3 rows back from the amusements on site and bingo hall ( not the loud area on site ) You are close to all local amenities, fantasy island shops ect all walk distance. We dont allow smoking or pets in the van, your more than welcome to smoke / vape external, but please clean up. No shoes in van please, cleaning for marks or damage will incur reduction or full bond return. Cleaning items will be available in the van and more than welcome to use, if left un acceptable bond will not be returned. If empty please Inform then can be replaced. Cleaner shall visit in between each letting If left as found keeps everyone happy and more than welcome to return. This van is new to this rental season and not being used and abused as stated we use ourselves.

Not situated in main rental area of park surrounded by private owned vans Any damages must be paid for and if additional to bond will be required to be paid, we understand the little things and accidents happen.
