Benefiting from a small step leading to the entrance door and a outside patio set. Frenchie Retreat is a luxury caravan with that home from home experience and located on the ever so popular ParkDean SouthView site in Skegness Lincolnshire, and is a less than 5 minute walk to the extensive facilities and a short 10 minute drive to the beach. Entering the caravan you are greeted with an open plan kitchen are.

The kitchen has everything you need, including a, double oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, full size fridge freezer. the dinning area is L shape seating plan with stools, to maximise space for a comfortable dinning experience The living area has a smart TV and the L shape sofa also converts into a pull out double bed. The master bedroom is a king size bed with plenty of wardrobe space, and dressing table.

it benefits from a an ensuite toilet and basin.

The van also has a twin rooms with good sized single beds and more wardrobe space. A family bathroom consisting of a double shower , toilet and basin.
