“Caravan is quite outdated.”
The main door needs to be fixed as was difficult to gain access from either side. Door handle in main bedroom had no screw and would keep falling off. Toilet in main bedroom would not stop flushing and we had to keep tightening a nut to turn it off. The showers were quite old and would either scold or make you freezing. Also towels are not included and this needs to be made clear on the booking as we believed it was included as it stated this on the description and had to go and buy towels.
For the price it was a nice caravan but just needs to be touched up and the owners did respond immediately which was nice. towels as we believed they were included.

Regarding the towels, Sykes had changed the listing to state that towels were included. I had already contacted Sykes and specifically asked for this to be removed, as we do not supply towels. I also made you aware of this during your stay and explained where you could purchase towels locally.
With regard to the other issues you have mentioned, you did not contact us during your stay to make us aware of them. Had you done so, we would have been more than happy to arrange for someone to attend and help resolve any problems at the time.
