Blind in the living room missing a securing mount, when I attempted to open the blind it fell down and hit my wrist. Wi-Fi power lead was missing and so was the hair dryer. Worst of all was one of the beds in bedroom 2 has had it legs bodged up and collapsed while in youse and smashed in to a electrical socket that a phone charger was plugged into making the socket dangerous and unusable .reported the accident to caravan owner , maintenance attended while we were out., was told at reception they been instructed to replace socket They never came to do repairs and never informed me they wasn’t coming .broken electrical socket in dry wall fire hazard ..fire extinguisher in caravan has warning notice on it saying urgent attention needed ,we left our holiday early as we were upset and afraid in case the caravan would catch fire with the electrical socket issue. Will never go there again as the private caravan help desk were unprofessional seemed unwilling to help Holliday a complete disaster grandkids parents had to come to fetch there children back as there was only one useable bed and a badly broken live socket ,in conclusion discussing treatment from all involved

The caravan is in excellent condition ..the maintance team confirmed the bed had been jumped on in the middle causing the bed to break ..the man then went to reception displayed aggressive behavior..the maintenence team declined to go back into the caravan until the guests had left .
