“We have had such a lovely week in this caravan, it was so homely, clean & the communication with the van owners was brilliant.”

The property

This is our little "Happy Place" It is a year 2000 two bedroomed caravan on a corner plot with large decking and privacy screening and space to park two cars.

There is a barbeque and table and chairs on the decking for outside dining as well as two recliner chairs for relaxing.

Inside you will find two bedrooms, 1 double with en suite toilet and the other equipped with two single beds.

In addition to this, the sofa in living area pulls out into a double bed.

There is also a separate shower room with toilet and wash basin.

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking meals and dining with a cooker, double Ninja airfyer, toaster, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and all cutlery and cooking utensils.

There is also a dining table.

A hoover and dustpan and brush along with other cleaning products are provided.

The adjoining living area has a smart TV and a private wifi router.

One very well behaved dog is allowed and there is a dog crate provided should you wish to use it.

We do not allow dogs on furniture or in the bedrooms.

There is a launderette on site, a childrens playground and a heated indoor pool.

It is a few minutes walk to the beach. Duvets and pillows are provided.

Please bring your own duvet covers (singles and double) along with towels. This is the ideal setting for beautiful walks with or without dogs, bike rides or just relaxing and taking in the amazing views.

We are right by the beach and just a 5 min walk to Talybont Railway Station where you can get regular trains to Barmouth as well as Pwllhelli and Aberdovey to name just a couple.

This popular coastal holiday village lies between one of the most picturesque resorts on the Welsh coast, Barmouth, and the World Heritage Site of Harlech, which are all surrounded by the unrivalled splendour of the Snowdonia National Park. Talybont hosts an Italian reastaurant, a riverside pub and a large sandy beach ideal for family fun. An excellent base for coastal and hill walking, cycling, sea and freshwater fishing and all watersports. The traditional seaside town of Barmouth boasts an enormous sandy Blue Flag beach, perfect for families. A variety of shops, pubs and restaurants combined with the mild climate, make this an ideal destination for a holiday, even out of season. A paradise for walkers, climbers and cyclists, Mount Cader Idris is nearby, the second highest mountain in Wales. More adventurous attractions at Blaenau Ffestiniog are the renowned Zip World Titan, Bounce Below and Zip Caverns, a subterranean system of trampolines and zip wires deep underground. Surf Snowdonia, Bala lake which offers a variety of watersports and Coed-y-Brenin with its fantastic mountain bike trails are also nearby. An abundance of wildlife along the Mawddach Estuary, trout fishing in mountain lakes, Harlech Castle, St David's golf course and Portmeirion Italienate Village - just a handful of the many superb attractions within easy reach of this lovely area.
