“We arrived in to Barmouth to start our holiday with a nice breakfast and Nicola text to say the van was ready and gave me the details.”

I needed we arrived at the caravan and it was perfect plenty of room for the family and our kids and the dog decking was great. and issues I just called Nicola to let her know and she came up with a solution. 5* service and will definitely be stay in her caravan agaim.

“Disgusting !”

! furniture covered in dog wee and dog hair. Also fleas. When we arrived smelled lovely as owners doused it in fabreeze. As it wore off I couldn’t go in lounge! Daughter and partner sat on chair. Still wet with dog wee. Got covered it it!! Grand children and daughter got eaten alive in lounge by flees. Owners denied they knew anything about it. We were booked in till the Monday but left on the Sunday as it made me ill! I was ill in bed for a week. I asked the owners for a refund but was told I should have told them when I was there as they were still on site. Don’t think they would have done anything about it!!!would of gave minus if option was there!!
