The property

2 bedroom caravan located along B row on Aberystwyth holiday village site.

This is our home from home but due to having house renovations completed this year we have decided to rent out this season.

The van has double glazing and gas bottle central heating.

2 bedrooms with en-suite to master and separate shower room with large step in shower.

Fully equipped kitchen with gas oven and brand new double air fryer, coffee machine and full size fridge/freezer.

The lounge has double doors that open on to decked area with seating and small table, also has large 50 inch tv with Netflix.

WiFi is included in the price.

2 small dogs accepted but we will need to know the breeds at enquiry stage.

Pets are charged extra per pet.

We kindly ask that you bring your own dog beds or throws for the sofas if this is where they sleep. PLEASE NOTE WE ASK FOR £75 SECURITY DEPOSIT TO BE REFUNDED AFTER SUCCESSFUL CLEANER INSPECTION. The ancient market town of Aberystwyth, can be found settled on the west coast of Wales. With its name meaning 'the mouth of the river Ystwyth' and set on the west coast of Wales, it offers an abundance of beautiful waters, perfect for watersports or a simple stroll along the Victorian promenade on a summer's day.
