We suggest a maximum of 6 depending on size but there is a sofa bed which can be used to allow 8 people.
One small well-behaved pet is allowed
Duvets and pillows are provided, but please ensure you bring, towels, toiletries, tea towels, washing up liquid and sponges.
No WIFI available in caravan but Haven will provide WIFI in certain areas of park
No washing machine in caravan, however there is a launderette on site (no powder or detergent is provided)
No smoking permitted inside the caravan
The front room comprises of a 43 inch 4k smart television and a separate DVD player.
There are numerous DVDs available to suit all ages and board games to keep the whole family entertained, including games console.
The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils you would expect to find at home.
There is an under-counter fridge with a freezer box.
There is a full-sized cooker, a microwave, kettle, toaster and air fryer.
There is one double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms and a pull-out double bed in the front room.
Linen can be added to your booking which will then include a clean.
The main bathroom comprises of a toilet, shower and sink.
There is a further bathroom comprising of a toilet and sink.
There are air heaters in all bedrooms with gas fire in the lounge.
The site is 10 minutes from Gt.
Yarmouth, Hemsby and Norfolk Broads.
Lots to see and do for all ages, from the Pleasure Beach fun fair, in Great Yarmouth to Pleasurewood Hills, it’s also only approx. 45 mins to Africa alive.
Please note bookings will be in line with Haven Mon-Fri and Fri-Mon, although bookings for a Saturday to Saturday will be considered, please contact owner to discuss.
Access to the caravan is from 15.00pm departure 10.00am
A £75 damage bond is required and will be refunded once caravan has been inspected and cleaned.

Passes are needed to use the entertainment venues, activities and swimming, they are not needed for outside entertainment, restaurant and bar or eateries.
