“Lovely lodge.”

Clean and everything there you need. Lovely large tv. Added bonus tv in each of bedrooms. I understand why windows have been fitted with heat resistant film but in doing so makes rooms rather dark we found we had to have lights on in the daytime. Lodge also had added bonus of aircon very nice surprise but we didn't use due to British weather. Overall would definitely book again had a fantastic stay.

“Lovely comfortable lodge.”

Well stocked with essentials. Very clean. Great location on the park right in front of the pond. Had a check in call on the first morning to see if everything was ok. Would use again.

“I booked a long weekend stay in Oct with my elderly parents and my dog.”

I have stayed in Manor Park many times and opted to stay in this caravan due to booking at short notice and unavailability of the one I normally use. The images of the accommodation looked inviting and we were looking forward to our stay. Once booked I received an email from the owner Darren asking if I wanted the beds made up on arrival. I responded that I did as it was advertised that bed linen and towels were included. Darren responded that this was not the case as he charges for them. He had changed the company that he advertises with and offered to do the bed linen if I provided my own towels. Even though it would have been within my rights to challenge this I took my own towels. Upon arrival everything looked good. Once I started unpacking I established that the van had not been fully cleaned. Rubbish was found on the shelf and an empty crisp packet down by the bed in the main bedroom. Black socks had been left behind in a drawer. I now regret not complaing about it at the time but just wanted to enjoy a break away with no stress. I was happy to over look this at the time. The weather was perfect although a little cold. We left early on the Sunday when we were due to check out on the Monday. This was our decision due to work commitments. I then received an email from Darren which I personally found to be rude and aggressive. No hello just telling me he couldn't have guests as the sofa was muddy from a dog or person. I know that this was not from us as the weather was dry and no mud was bought into the house. Shoes were taken off at the front door and left on the shoe rack provided. As a habit I always leave blankets on the sofas incase any sand may have been bought in accidently on clothing. Yes I had my dog with my however he was not muddy as there was no mud. I took the liberty of using the dog washing facility nearby on route back from the beach. I would normally have let this slip but I have found Darren to be rude and trying to make more money for hire of items that were included. Darren your accommodation was lovely and we would have considered hiring with you again but not now.

Central heating and air con and double glazing. large TV ,radio and 2 sofas in lounge table and chairs and electric fire. In Kitchen dishwasher, washing machine large fridge freezer cooker over microwave air fryer. Double bedroom with TV ensuite shower and toilet and large walk in wardrobe. Twin room TV and large walk in wardrobe. Double and single fold up beds and cot and highchair. Separate Toilet and shower in another room.

The award-winning coastal town of Hunstanton, locally known as Sunny Hunny, is located on the Western side of the East Norfolk Coastline, renowned for its beautiful sunsets over the sea. Hunstanton is a great family-friendly holiday destination.
