“We stayed in this caravan from the 8th July 2024 and should of been there until the 12th we ended up leaving on the 10th.”
As you can imagine driving from Birmingham to yarmouth the first thing you want is a nice cup of tea ..well that wasn't possible because the kettle was thick with lime scale and bits floating so that put us of. Then the tv stand was thick with dust the fire surround was dusty the draining board was rusty ..so I got intouch with the owner and she said she could send a cleaner to sort it out well as you can imagine we had only just got there so why would we want a cleaner to come then ..the owner told us before every visit it's always cleaned well on this occasion it wasn't so we couldn't stay much longer it made us feel very uncomfortable and grubby we left on the Wednesday 2 days earlier than planned we asked for some of our money back but the owner refused ...in our opinion I would stay away from this dirty caravan.

You messaged me to say the kettle had limescale and the tv stand had some dust.
I offered on several occasions to send the cleaner around but you refused.
You then kept complaining but you didn’t allow my cleaner a chance to put things right. You even spoke to my cleaner on the phone and never made any arrangements for her to come to the caravan.
I have never had any problems with guests and I have many happy returning guests.
You wanted some sort of money back and because I refused you than decided to leave.
The caravan is always cleaned after guests leave, but as I said to you the caravan was sat empty for some time before you went in so a slight build up of dust on the tv stand would happen.
But not allowing the cleaner a chance to put things right for you so you were happy doesn’t make sense .
