It is immaculate through out. Nice quite area but local enough to on site amenities. Paul and Lisa have not anything out. It's home from home feel. To the folder with details from local take out to days out. Would recommend this couple any day of week and definitely will book with them again.

It has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. We love that we can relax with a Netflix film and a take away . Cannot fault the caravan it's in a lovely quiet location but close to shops/entertainment/takeaways if required. They also deliver takeaways direct to the caravan. We love it and will be returning for a third and many more times. It has everything we need and is very reasonably priced. Cannot fault anything .

5 and 6 year old) we have never booked privately before and I would now always book privately going forward. I loved the fact we didn't have to bring a cot/high chair and towels. Also loved the homely touches, the caravan is really beautiful we loved our stay and my children were sad to leave. The location of the caravan was perfect for us, a short walk to the beach and the main complex. The beach near the site is lovely and we wished we spent more time at that beach instead of nearer the town. We payed extra for the entertainment passes and used the pool 3 times, the children loved the swimming pool and the slides. When we return to Great Yarmouth we will definitely book to stay here again. Thank you so much x

“Absolutely Brilliant!”

Stayed 4 nights with the family (8 and 4 year old’s) and everything was spot on. The caravan is lovely and had everything you could need. It was very very clean and tidy and nicely furnished with some warm touches to make you feel at home. The location is very close to the main complex so it’s a couple of minutes walk to the evening entertainment. The local shop is a stone throw away. All in all it was a great holiday (cant blame Paul & Lisa for the lack of sunshine!) and will definitely consider staying in the Owl’s Nest should we return to Haven’s Seashore.

Caravan is very spacious, spotlessly clean and very well equipped . In fact there's nothing more you could ask for, everything you could possibly need is there. This is by far the best caravan we've stayed in and will be booking again next time we come to Great Yarmouth. Even the beds were comfortable! “From the moment of booking the hosts were very informative and communication was great.”

If we had any questions we always had a response within the day. The caravan was immaculate on arrival and smelt lovely. The caravan was well equipped and everything we needed was avaliable. We had booked through Haven 3 months prior on the same site so going private was something we wondered was the right thing to do. But l can honestly say it was better. With the finishing touches in the caravan and the home from home feel. The best touch for us though was the information pack the hosts left. It has information regarding the caravan and also things to do in the area if raining and other neighboring Haven sites. We did have an overcast day and felt our 10 month old would be bored spending another day in his buggy so having a list of softplay areas was so handy. It also contained various takeaway menus which deliver to the entrance of the campsite. We had a chinese and it was amazing! So anyone reading this, definitely needs to have one these chineses. We happened to book this caravan last minute due a cancellation and as it was in term time the price was very reasonable. We were also offered a late check out of 6pm for an extra small fee. We did this and having 2 young children was so much better than getting stressed and trying to be out for 10am. If you have this option l would recommend. Really worth the little extra. We will definitely use this caravan again if we go back to seashore. Thank you for making our stay pleasurable and comfortable.

It is Beautiful on the inside and up-to-date, nice decking with chairs and a table outside and a lovey bench on the other side of the Caravan for a nice picnic to eat outside. The caravan had everything we needed including Wi-Fi which was brilliant. The whole transaction from renting the caravan till the end was Nice and smooth no problems whatsoever, and the £100 refundable deposit was sent back the next day which was really quick. The caravan is based next to every think on the site not far to walk but not too close for it to be noisy it was nice and quiet. Thank you for my holiday I had such a wonderful time.

We were directed to the Seashore Owners page by a friend and found that the Owl’s Nest had some availability. We were not disappointed. Paul and Lisa were great hosts, incredibly responsive and helpful, and were on hand to answer any questions. We arrived and opened the door to find a modern, spotlessly clean and well appointed caravan. They have catered for everyone with some nice finishing touches, tv’s in all of the bedrooms and no expense spared. It is such a shame that we were not staying for longer and were sorry to have to leave - we would recommend to anyone wanting to stay at Seashore. We will be coming back!

“Spent a long weekend in caravan.”

Arrived and caravan was spotless inside and out. Beds where made and towels provided, everything was perfect. Caravan was extremely cosy and get like home as soon as we got there. Kids where happy as has TVs in their rooms not that they used them as where to tired from enjoying everything that the park has to offer. Had no issues booking and all questions where answered fast. Would highly recommend and will be using again as caravan is in great spot and is the best I have stayed in with over ten years of coming to the park. ?? ?? ?? ?? ??

The property

Havens award winning “Park of the Year” Seashore Holiday Park, Great Yarmouth, located on the quiet area of the park known as “Clipper “ near to the race course. Seashore is the only holiday park in Great Yarmouth with direct beach access, all the other parks will involve a car journey.

You can walk along the sea wall and be among the attractions with its piers and arcades of Great Yarmouth within 20 minutes or you can take Havens regular land train into town. Our modern 3 Bedroom contemporary style caravan with a full wrap enclosed gated decking, with gas central heating and double-glazed windows. Comfortable well-appointed lounge with two freestanding sofas, a 37-inch smart TV and DVD player, the caravan also has an integrated Blue Tooth system and a remote-control electric fire for those cold Autumn evenings with Double French doors leading straight out onto the enclosed deck with its outdoor furniture. A well equipped kitchen with 4 ring gas hob and oven, integrated Fridge / Freezer and Dishwasher and with a full roasting Microwave supplied with all the utensils you will ever need. The two single bedrooms both have adequate storage and have their own 19-inch Freeview televisions, your Master bedroom has a 24-inch Freeview Tv with a separate smart DVD player as well as its own en-suite, with a matching large family double shower room for other guests to share. All bed Linen and Towels are supplied with your beds made up upon arrival.

We are able to provide a travel cot but due to hygiene reasons we ask you to bring your own bedding and blankets for your little one. Entertainment passes are not included, these can be purchased separately from Haven’s reception subject to availability.

Booking Information: 7 nts stay - Monday to Monday or Friday to Friday ( Arrival from 14.00pm - Departure by 10.00am ) 4 nts stay - Monday to Friday ( Arrival from 14.00pm - Departure by 10.00am ) 3 nts stay - Friday to Monday ( Arrival from 14.00pm - Departure by 10.00am ) Discounts are available from published prices when staying more than a four night stay ( only available outside school holidays ), please ask about our discount prices Arrival from 14.00pm is simple and stress free with no queuing or struggling to find your accommodation as prior to your arrival you will be supplied with a "Welcome Email" which will direct you straight to your accommodation where the keys can be accessed from the key safe to allow you entry. A £100.00 non refundable deposit is required to secure your dates, with full payment required a minimum of 8 weeks before the date of the holiday is due to start.
