“Thank you so much to Leisa for letting us stay in this beautiful caravan, it was spotless and has everything we could need during our stay and was in a perfect location for getting to the beach and into Great Yarmouth.”

Our dogs have had a great time always settle down in no time at all love there walks on the beach which is very close by . Just booked again for next year .

“The caravan was so warm and welcoming the older kids loved the tub of chocolates and the other gifts left.”

The caravan had a massive TV in living room and master bedroom Some love plug in air freshners All utensils and a sanwich toaster and slow cooker. So clean honestly for the price I was happy didn't want to leave. The owner was great at communicating and helped me out with a last minute break Caravan is so homely Thank you for letting us share it .

“Fantastic holiday booked with Leisa.”

From the first contact with Leisa, she was very responsive and everything was communicated very well and promptly. The caravan had everything we needed and more. The welcome basket was a lovely touch with chocolates, wine and juice. All the essential bits that we usually have to go and buy straight away, were all there. We are already planning dates for next year. Great holiday 5*

“We have stayed in many caravans over the years, this is by far the best one .”

It was modern, comfortable, well kitted out and on a very good plot only a couple of minutes walk to the beach .It was certainly good value for money The site is clean and well organised, staff were very pleasant and helpful. We will certainly book up again. Liz and Dave Facer

“Lovely caravan and definitely home from home.”

Little added extras that just make all the difference E.g. hand soap, kitchen roll little things that you sometimes forget so you don’t have to rush out and buy some. Also Thankyou for our welcome basket that was a lovely touch. Leisa was so helpful and always responded to my text messages very quickly if I had and problems or queries. Will definitely be back again. Thankyou Leisa for everything xx

“What a wonderful caravan!”

We stayed on a lucky weekend with some beautiful weather so the veranda, patio furniture and wonderful extras provided by Paul and Leisa were very much appreciated. Then on the much colder evenings the cosy touches in the van were very welcomed. This van is so clean and well appointed and there is not one thing that hasn’t been thought about. A real home from home. Leisa went out of her way to help on a number of occasions. We would thoroughly recommend staying in this van. Thank you Paul and Leisa. We will visit again. (And thanks for the goodies)

Stones throw from the beach. Loved the hamper, what a great gift. Would defiantly recommend this caravan. The shower was to die for, so powerful. Leisa the owner was very helpful from start to finish. Hope to be back soon

“Absolutely beautiful, clean van owned by lovely couple.”

Step from the beach, minutes from food and drink, brilliant situation overall. Enjoyed the fact that nothing was too much trouble for Leisa and Francis, even down to a lovely bottle of vino and excellent choccies on arrival. We are very much looking forward to our next visit to this brand new home from home. Thank you both again from Les, Una and wee Kcee xx
