Welcome to Our delightful SCROBY VIEW located at the popular SEASHORE (Haven) Holiday Park in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk.
Our family owned luxury caravan is available for private hire between mid March through to the End of October.
It offers comfortable accommodation FOR UP TO A MAXIMUM OF 6 PEOPLE and benefits from the installation of gas fired central heating and Upvc double glazing throughout.
BRIEFLY THE ACCOMMODATION COMPRISES:
** SPACIOUS LOUNGE
** FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN
** 3 BEDROOMS WITH EN-SUITE WC TO THE MASTER BEDROOM
** SPACIOUS SHOWER ROOM
** ALLOCATED PARKING SPACE AEXT TO ACCOMMODATION
** MAXIMUM OF 2 MEDIUM SIZED DOGS PERMITTED.
Please check the Haven Site Policy to ensure your breed of pet is approved.
Anyone found to have a banned breed will be requested to leave immediately with no refund given for all/part of the stay.
SMOKING NOT ACCEPTED & ENTERTAINMENT PASSED NOT INCLUDED
The patio doors open out onto the large decking area providing additional seating and a relaxing viewing platform in which to be able to spot the seals bobbing along or to just sit and unwind, enjoying the views overlooking Scroby Wind Farm, sand dunes and Great Yarmouths' beautiful beach with a bottle of wine or mug of Hot Chocolate.
We are enviably located on park centrally between all the sites main entertainments and amenities.

Millions of pounds have been spent on Seashore over the winter the last few years and it is full of things to do.
Situated just behind us, THE HIRE SHOP** can save you some valuable boot space in the car, here you can hire Go Carts, Bicycles, highchairs, travel cots and electric wheelchairs (subject to availability)
The COAST HOUSE RESTUARANT boasts a new menu and layout with Grill Bar, Pizza Deck and Cakery!
Yum yum.
The amazing SHORE WATER PARK** complex has a 4 lane slide, flumes, toddler zone, and a Splash Village with tipping bucket, refurbished changing rooms with hair dryers.
All this is just a short walk away from our little bit of heaven.
And if you love the amusements, bingo, need a newspaper or to stock up ready for that breakfast bacon butty, then you've only a short walk to the late night convenience store, amusement arcade or MARINA BAR**

BORING....BUT IMPORTANT INFORMATION....
CHECK IN/OUT DAYS ARE FRIDAYS AND MONDAYS ONLY THROUGHOUT THE SEASON WHICH RUNS FROM MID MARCH UNTIL END OCTOBER
Being based on a HAVEN site means we have to follow their SITE RULES and we are therefore unable to accept bookings from young couples/singles, where the average age is under 25, and/or all male / all female groups.
PAYMENTS: THE BOOKING DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE upon cancellation and IS DUE AT THE TIME OF BOOKING, WITH THE BALANCE/HIRE COSTS DUE A CLEAR 8 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE HOLIDAY OR IN FULL AT THE TIME OF BOOKING SHOULD IT BE LESS THAN 8 WEEKS TO DEPARTURE.
The booking deposit is in addition to the hire costs and does not form part of or deducted from the hire charges.
A BOOKING WILL NOT BE CONFIRMED UNTIL DEPOSIT/ BOOKING FORM HAS BEEN RECEIVED AND CLEARED.
DATES REQUESTED WILL REMAIN FULLY AVAILABLE AND WILL BE ALLOCATED TO CLIENTS WHO COMPLETE THE BOOKING CONDITIONS ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS.
