The property

Norfolk Cottage Agency present Deer's Leap on Kelling Heath Park. Please note only week long breaks are usually advertised on this website but we will be able to consider short breaks if not during the main peak Summer weeks.

Entry is through the front door, accessed from the decking area.

The front door leads you straight into the kitchen and lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of utensils to cook a wonderful home cooked meal after a busy day of exploring the park or local area.

There is a small dining table with seating for 4.

The lounge area seamlessly attaches to the kitchen/dining area and offers comfortable seating for 4, a coffee table, TV and patio doors which open onto the rear decking. Moving down a small hallway from the open-plan living space you will find 2 bedrooms and a family bathroom. The family bathroom offers a shower cubicle, WC, washbasin and plenty of storage. The main bedroom offers a king size bed with an ensuite WC with washbasin.

There is plenty of storage alongside bedside tables and lamps. The 2nd bedroom is a twin room with overhead storage and an end of bed cupboard, as well as a bedside table with lamp. There is parking area in front of the lodge behind the plot gates.

This will fit multiple cars. There is a partial wrap around decking which extends from the patio doors to the lounge around to the front door.

A lovely space to relax on after a long day around North Norfolk.

There is a bistro set for 4 available. Additional information Dogs 2 well behaved dogs are permitted. The Village Square is just a 2 minute walk away. Heating LPG Central Heating. Private Parking for multiple cars is available. Linen and Towels are included. WiFi is not available at Deers Leap, however it is provided free of charge in the village square.

Holt is an attractive Georgian market town approximately five miles from the North Norfolk coast. The town offers a vibrant centre with interesting shops, eateries and a labyrinth of narrow lanes and courtyards with flint and painted cottages. On the edge of the town is the 'Poppy Line' heritage railway where you can take a steam train along a picturesque route to Sheringham, while Holt Country Park offers 100 acres of woodland with picnic area, nature trails and adventure playground for all the family to enjoy. Visit nearby Letheringsett Mill, Norfolk's only flour producing watermill, or travel just five miles from Holt to the beautiful North Norfolk coast with its lovely coastal villages.
