Our spacious caravan is set in its own private garden plot with secluded patio area, perfect for outdoor dining and relaxing - it's an absolute suntrap in the summer months!
Outside, the barbecue, patio table & chairs and lounge area all make it the ideal spot for getting together after a busy day sightseeing and you can park your car right in front of the garden.
Inside, you'll find a bright, airy lounge/dining area, fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
There is central heating, with all rooms having their own radiators.
We have an entry access code safe for the caravan key - you will receive a text with the access code on the morning of your arrival.
Living area:
~ Plenty of sofa space for lounging or watching TV, and a dining area that easily seats 6, with banquette seating and extra stools .

seating can be quickly converted into a comfy double sofa bed.
Kitchen area:
~ There is a full-size gas cooker with extractor fan, toaster & kettle and a microwave with a range of pans, oven tins and utensils provided.
There are
plenty of mugs and a cafetiere for your morning cuppa, along with plates, bowls etc.
as well as plastic plates, cups & bowls for younger visitors.
The glass cupboard has a selection of wine & beer glasses, tumblers and juice glasses.
You'll find an assortment of cleaning products under the sink along with a first aid kit for minor emergencies.
There is also a large cupboard with full-sized bin, iron & ironing board and a vacuum cleaner - we do have a cleaning service but would like the caravan left as you would expect to find it please.
Main bathroom:
~ Has everything you'd expect: ample shelf space for your towels and toiletries, a large washbasin, toilet and an incredibly powerful shower.
Handwash is provided but please bring your own towels.
Second bathroom:
~ Toilet and small washbasin with a handy mirror and shelf.
Bedroom 1:
~ A cosy double room with double bed, bedside tables with lamps, a large wardrobe and a wall mirror with shelf and dressing table stool.
Hairdryer and extra blankets are stored in the wardrobe.
Bedroom 2
~ Two single beds, bedside table with lamp, a small wardrobe and a wall mirror.
Bedroom 3
~ A roomier twin bedroom with 2 x single beds, bedside table and lamp, generous wardrobe space and a wall mirror.
~ Bedrooms 2 and 3 can both be made up as small doubles if preferred.
Quilts, pillows and extra blankets are all provided but we ask guests to please provide their own sheets, pillowcases and duvet covers.
Bryn Morfa caravan park is in the perfect spot - an easy 5 minute stroll to Morfa beach and within walking distance of Conwy town centre where you can explore the imposing castle and have your photo taken outside the smallest house in Great Britain.
Conwy is packed with independent shops and you're spoilt for choice when it comes to eating and drinking - it's got everything from cosy old pubs and fish & chips, to wine bars and fine dining.
Deganwy, Llandudno and Colwyn Bay are all only a short drive away and are easily accessible using public transport - there is bus stop right outside the caravan park and Conwy has a train station.
Or if you're a cyclist, National Cycle Route 5 takes you right along the coast.
There really is something for everyone here: gentle strolls or sand castle building on one of the many beaches, excellent walks up and over Conwy Mountain which start opposite the caravan park, Victorian tram rides and the pier in Llandudno, golf courses, the Welsh Mountain Zoo in Colwyn Bay, the wilder beauty of Ynys Mon (Anglesey)........or just relax at the van and enjoy a chilled drink later on - there's a pub about 2 minutes walk from Bryn Morfa or you can enjoy the stunning views over Conwy marina from the terrace at The Mulberry.
Please note there is a railway track adjacent to the site.
