    The only thing that let the van down was the pans and the frying pans I had to go out and buy a pan they was well used and the bathroom window leaked through and the living room leaked leaving the chair a bit damp we had a lovely break an Tracey the owner was very accommodating xxx

    Thank you your feedback. I’m sorry to hear the 2 windows were leaking rain in. I was not aware of this, This will be fixed asap. As for the pans they should have been checked by the cleaner. This will be rectified asap. I am sorry you had to purchase a frying pan. I would have been happy to send you money to purchase. I would have sent someone round to fix the windows on your stay. As I try to keep my standards high for my guests. Once again thank you. Xx Property Owner

The property

This beautiful Caravan is situated in a prime spot with sea views.

Roughly 100ft from the golden sandy beach of Kinmal bay and within 500m of local entertainment. A great spot as a base to explore Wales. This beautiful caravan has a 27ft x 6ft sun deck stretching almost the full length of the caravan with a table and chairs from which you can relax and take in fabulous views of the Welsh mountains in the distance to the miles of sea views.

The caravan has a main living area the sofa opens up to a double sofa bed and the living room has a modern electric fire and 37 inch LCD TV, and Sky TV freeview and WiFi Open plan to dining room and kitchen. Dining room table and 4 chairs. Kitchen has a cooker/oven, fridge-freezer microwave, toaster, kettle, iron, crockery and cutlery. The hallway has doors leading to one double bedroom, one twin bedroom,toilet and separate shower room. The main master bedroom has wardrobes, overhead cupboards and dressing table with a seat TV to watch DVDs separate toilet with a sink. Twin bedroom has two single beds a wardrobe, overhead cupboard. TV to each DVDs. The toilet room has a toilet and sink. Shower room has a 4ft walk in shower and sink with a vanity cupboard. Quilts and pillows are provided but we ask you to bring your own bedding towels and tea towels with you.

Rhyl is a seaside resort nestled between Prestatyn and Colwyn Bay along the North Wales coastline. Rhyl has golden beaches that stretch for six miles along the coast. The centre of Rhyl provides numerous activities to enjoy such as the Seaquarium. There is a Crown Green bowling Centre, miniature golf, tennis, squash courts, go karts, arcades, and Botanical Gardens. A sheltered harbour allows access to numerous water sports, such as sailing and kayaking, or further afield you will find white water rafting, climbing and caving, and the renowned Offa’s Dyke walking trail, just down the coast in Prestatyn which is a four mile drive or a three mile walk if you fancy leaving the car at home. Within a short drive you can discover the beautiful Snowdonia National Park, Victorian Llandudno, the Welsh Mountain Zoo, Rhuddlan and Denbigh Castles, or historic Chester with its wonderful shops and architecture.
