The main living space is a 22ft wide open plan living, dining and kitchen space, fully equipped with appliances, including American style fridge freezer, wine cooler, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine.
The dining table seats 8 and there are 2 bar stool seats at the breakfast bar and a highchair for infants.
In the main living space, there are two large fabric sofas to relax on and watch the 55” Sky Glass Smart TV with Netflix and Disney+ included.
There is also a DVD player, Nintendo Switch and Amazon Echo smart speaker to allow you to Bluetooth music from your personal devices.
The lodge is fully centrally heated and has a real flame effect electric ‘log burner’ in the main living area to provide cosy evenings.
The 3 large bedrooms all have full-size beds, 32” smart TVs with Netflix and Disney+ and ample storage - either wardrobe and drawers or walk-in clothes storage.
There are also blackout blinds apart from on the porthole windows.
The main bedroom has a king size bed, en-suite with walk-in shower, wardrobe with drawer storage.
Bedroom 2 - a flexible room with 2 single beds that can also be linked together to make a king bed (please tell us what set up you want).
Built-in wardrobe with shelves and hanging space.
Bedroom 3 is a triple room with a cabin bunk bed and single bed.
Built-in wardrobe with shelves and hanging space.
Main bathroom - bath with shower over.
Children's step, toilet seat and changing mat are available.
The lodge also has a convenient utility cupboard with washer-dryer, drying racks, ironing facilities.
There is ample storage for coats, shoes etc in the hallway.
The lodge is made for outdoor living with sliding patio doors opening onto a wraparound deck area with glass balcony with rattan sofa, table and sunken hot tub with a clip-on cover.
We provide plastic glasses and crockery for use outside.
There is also a fire pit, but we cannot guarantee this will be available as gas bottles are hard to source at present, and it cannot be used in adverse weather (ie rain/wind/snow/sleet and in extreme heat) for safety reasons.
We provide a selection of children’s toys and basic equipment such as high chair, travel cot, kids cutlery, toilet seat, step, changing mat for your convenience.
Maps of the local area are provided and books with activities like walks .
The lodge is deep cleaned between guests.
Access may be required during your stay to carry out routine checks on the hot tub.
Strictly no smoking - This includes the lodge itself, the decking, patio and all grass and parking areas around the lodge
You will have access to the entire lodge and an external lockable store (great for beach equipment or golf kit).
There are additional stores to the rear of the lodge which will be locked and you will not have access to.
The lodge is accessed via the wraparound decking and there is a flight of 3 steps to access the decking.
It therefore may not be suitable for guests with disabilities/conditions that restrict mobility.

The price does not include Haven Play Passes or any Haven activities.
Play Passes will need to be purchased separately and are needed to use the Haven swimming pool, entertainment and arcades and to book Haven activities .
We can provide details of how to purchase Play Passes and book activities direct with Haven.
Pass prices are set by Haven and reviewed annually.
