“The caravan was in a lovely quiet area and short walk from one of the main play and activities area, and places to eat.”

The beach was less than a 10 minute walk away. The caravan was clean, basic kitchen, no chopping board, grater or veg peeler. The oven didn't get hot enough to brown food, it took an hour to bake oven chips. The utensil drawers could've been cleaned better, bits of dust/dirt but that's down to whoever the owner contracts to clean We ate at Coast the first night and didn't bother again, the food wasn't great and was expensive for what was served, the drinks were also expensive. The site is very well kept, the activities are expensive. We didn't get a play pass at £265 for 3 people covering 7 days, the activities can be booked individually. We don't go to the evening entertainment (which you meed the play pass for), due to having a child with Autism who can't cope with loud noise and lots of people in a confined space. The only disappointment was not being able to access the pool without a play pass as it was one of only a few activities my son would have done. The play pass wasn't worth it, we booked 3 activities at £15 each time, so much cheaper. Overall we had a nice stay, lots of things to see/do off site.

PWLLHELI

Abersoch 10 miles; Criccieth 5 miles.

This busy market town is the unofficial capital of the Llyn Peninsula which is one of the most scenic regions of Wales, renowned for its outstanding scenery, stunning coastal walks, excellent beaches and golf courses. This traditional seaside town offers a variety of shops, pubs and restaurants and an impressive marina holding 400 boats. The town boasts two beaches, one with the Blue Flag Award and is renowned for its sailing and watersports. Close by are Criccieth, with its medieval castle, and popular Abersoch, a pretty harbour town also renowned for its wonderful beaches and watersports facilities. Much of the peninsula is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and a lot of the coastline is owned by the National Trust providing many remote bays, sandy beaches and exciting clifftop walks, as well as wildlife havens like Bardsey Island. Discover all of Snowdonia, the Isle of Anglesey, many medieval castles and N.T. properties and gardens, or simply relax in this beautiful part of Wales.

It is with regret that we have to pass on a message from Haven Holiday Park.
Unfortunately, the pool is closed until the 5th of June 2026 for roof refurbishment. The entertainment passes have been greatly reduced, and all the other fantastic entertainment and activities are all open as usual. So sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
