The caravan is pet friendly and is situation in a stunning, prime cul-de-sac location, within a beautiful, spacious corner plot where you're not overlooked.
You can enjoy the exquisite views with easy access to the stunning Black Rock sandy Beach, the Nature Reserve and Entertainment Complex which is only a few minutes walk.
The caravan, with outside parking for multiple cars, is of a very high standard which offers spacious accommodation including, central heating, double glazing, WC/shower room, 42” flat screen TV, DVD player, iron and ironing board and travel hair dryer.
The kitchen is fully equipped including a gas cooker, gas hob, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, and a washing machine.
Large king size master bedroom with bath en-suite, Freeview TV, dressing table and walk in wardrobe.
Additionally a large twin bedroom with TV and built in DVD player.
Outside, you will find a delightful, ideally positioned, private large veranda area with Ratan table and chairs and all day sun trap.
Greenacres Caravan Park is ideal for families, has ample entertainment and activities for the whole family to enjoy.
It includes the Marina Bar* (new for 2021), Cooks fish and chips, Papa John’s, amusements arcade, indoor swimming pool*, crazy golf*, Mash and Barrel Restaurant, children’s indoor soft play area, outdoor park and splash zone area, fun star activities*, go kart and bicycle hire* with a well stocked shop.
Close by, there are amazing places to visit.
There is the Borth Y Gest fishing village, Harlech or Caernarfon Castle, stunning Snowdonia, the picturesque Portmeirion Village, multiple breath-taking & invigorating walks, the vibrant Porthmadog town which is full of individual shops and places to eat and drink, or you could even take a trip on the Ffestiniog Railway.
You will need to bring your own towels and bed linen (duvets and pillows are provided).

A £50.00 non-returnable deposit is required to secure your holiday dates, with full payment due 6 weeks before your stay.
A £10.00 charge - is added for your fur babies (maximum of 2).
A security bond is required of £100.00 - this is fully refundable following your departure and upon inspection.
*Entertainment Passes are not included in the price and may be purchased from Greenacres Reception upon arrival.
This is a privately owned family caravan and smoking is not allowed inside the caravan or outside on the veranda.
Entry not before 2.30pm on day of arrival and please vacate by 10.30am on day of departure.
Minimum of a 3 night stay during low season (Friday - Monday / Monday - Friday) and Saturday to Saturday bookings only during high season.
There is a large sofa that can be used to sleep on, additional duvet and pillows are provided too, for a fifth person.
NB- Electrical/Hybrid Cars MUST NOT be charged at our caravan.
Our insurance policy forbids it and the caravan is not equipped.
Should you charge your car at our caravan and there is a fire or damage then you will be liable.
There are charging points outside the football pitch if you need to charge your car.
