We welcome you to our beautiful 3 bedroom ABI Sailmaker 8 berth caravan, situated on the quiet cul-de-sac on St David's at Haven Greenacres Holiday Park.
For anyone that booked with us last year, we have upgraded our caravan and moved from 7 Gull Court to 25 St Davids.
Our caravan, the ABI Sailmaker is 42ft long and 14ft wide which gives a lot of space inside, with the feel of being in a mini lodge.
One of the twin rooms has full size single beds, which makes a world of difference over a 10ft or 12ft wide caravan.
Our caravan comprises of:
Gas central heating through out with heating controls in the lounge and master bedroom.
Fully equipped kitchen with kettle, toaster, integrated microwave, gas hob and oven, dishwasher and a full size integrated fridge freezer.
Spacious lounge area with 2x 3 seater settees and 2x pouffe`s that seats 8 people and a dining table in the kitchen.
43" Smart TV in the lounge with Netflix and Prime Video.
Bluetooth sound system with two speakers in the ceiling.
Xbox Games Console with a selections of games and DVD films.
Spacious master bedroom with en-suite toilet and sink, a dressing area with dressing table and hair dryer.
Also has a wall mounted 32" TV.
Main bathroom with toilet, sink and spacious shower cubicle.
2x spacious twin bedrooms (single beds can be made into double beds) with one of the twin rooms with full size single beds.
Fold out double bed in the lounge.
Double glazed windows.
If a travel cot bed is required please let us know so that we can arrange one for you through Haven.
Outside there is a full wrap around decking with rattan seating and table for up to 8 people.
Parking for 2 cars to the side of the caravan on a blocked paved driveway.
Access to the fantastic Black Rock Sands beach only a short walk away.
It is also only a short walk to the main complex and facilities, which have recently had a £5m refit!
Comprising of the Main Stage Marina bar, Mash and Barrel restaurant, indoor swimming pool with separate toddlers pool, outdoor splash zone, arcades, soft play area, adventure golf and a well stocked Co-Op shop, Pappa Johns Pizza and a Fish and Chip shop.
There is also a laundrette, bike hire, kart hire and football area, so plenty of activities for young and old alike!
3 minutes drive situated in Morfa Bychan, just outside the complex is Porthmadog`s 18 hole golf course, for that budding Tiger Woods or Lydia Ko!
The surrounding area has breath-taking views and there are plenty of walk ways to enjoy.
The picturesque village of Portmeirion is also only a short drive to get to.
Portmeirion has served as the location for numerous films and television shows, most famously as "The Village" in the 1960s television show The Prisoner.
Please Note:
You will need to bring your own towels and bedding - duvets and pillows are provided.
A £50 safety deposit is required upon payment and this is refunded after a security check has been completed and no damage or missing items have been reported.
Haven entertainment passes are not included in the rental price of your stay, but can be purchased from Greenacres reception on arrival if you wish to use the facilities Haven has to offer.
EV car charging using the caravan electric mains sockets is not allowed on any Haven park.
Caravan electrics are not designed for this and may overload and cause a fire, so please DO NOT charge your electric vehicle using the caravan.
Greenacres have a designated area for EV charging by the complex.
