“Emma is a Super host who responds very quickly.”

Caravan is nice and homely with everything you need, including an air fryer and slow cooker. The caravan is situated in a nice area on the park with the beach a 10min walk and 5mins to entertainment. Will definitely book again if we re visit the area.

“The caravan was clean and tidy and in a great location; the kitchen was well equipped, even had an air fryer, and the heating worked brilliantly.”

. We only slept in the main bedroom which was fit for purpose. The addition of a hair dryer was great as I'd forgotten mine. I received a txt from the owner with access and WiFi instructions prior to our stay. The one time I contacted the owner over the weekend about the outside light not working, she was quick to respond.. I would definitely stay here again.with our dogs.

Firstly, Emma, the owner, is super helpful; kind; friendly and willing to go the extra mile for you. We were completely blown away by how much she was willing to do for us and to help us out with activities and Haven passes etc. She gave us fantastic advice ahead of our trip. The caravan itself is lovely. There was only 3 of us so we had plenty of space; it was comfortable. The sitting area is great; we slept comfortably; the van was super clean and good equipment is provided. We couldn’t have been happier and I highly recommend booking. We would love to return!

It was my first time going on a caravan holiday with my older son, younger son(who is autistic and didn’t want to go at first, but then didn’t want to leave)?? and our dog and we will definitely be going back. “Where to even begin.”

.. Emma is a fantastic host, great communication and nothing was too much trouble - she makes you feel very welcome from the minute you've set sights on her caravan. We stayed Monday to Friday over the Easter half term, all info/directions given to us by Emma were spot on and nothing was forgotten. The caravan itself is in a good location for both the entertainment/swimming facilities as well as access to the beach. It was very clean and spacious and perfect for us travelling with our 9 year old and miniature dauchshund. We all had a great time and would definitely book again! Thanks so much Emma!

“Had the best week at Porthmadog in Emma’s caravan.”

The caravan is a very high spec and quiet enough to be peaceful but 5 mins walk from the beach, marina bar etc. This holiday was as much about the dogs as us. Black rock beach was just beautiful, with miles of white sand. I even managed a sip in the sea off a fabulous sheltered cove! Ate out at Black Rock Beach Club, Good Mood, The Ship and the curry house in Porthmadog- all really good food. 15 mins to the stunning Portmerrion site and 45 mins from Zip World. Emma has been a pleasure to deal with, weather hit and Miss but that’s what you expect in Wales. Stunning scenery and comfortable homely caravan to return too. I will be back.

“Absolutely lovely caravan and very clean.”

Love all the little touches Emma has to make it feel like home. We had a fantastic time and the caravan is placed great with easy access to the beach, nature reserve and main complex where you can access a shop, papa johns, Chippy, Millie’s cookies, dog friendly pub, indoor and outdoor pools and lots of activities for kids and adults. There is plenty to do!

“We arrived with our three dogs and loved the caravan!”

It has lovely modern look. You have everything what you could possibly need there, incase you forgot your own staff. Considering that the dogs are allowed stay, the caravan is very clean, smells lovely in every room. We've run out the gas, but it was sorted within minutes by Emma, the owner. She was very helpful and just message away. We loved our stay and definitely will booking this caravan again. Thank you

“Stayed for a week at Emma’s caravan and we didn’t want to go home!”

Brought the dog with us which was amazing, and we could leave the door open as the decking area is nice, big and enclosed so didn’t need to worry about her ???????? beach is a short walk and brilliant to walk the dog or take the kids to. The caravan itself is really modern and very clean and warm. Well laid out - lovely big bed in the bedroom (slept like a baby!) and the TV in the master was a great bonus. Loads of storage inside, lots of space and the shower was lovely. Ample parking. Brought our own sky box to hook up so had all the channels for when it rained. Loads of handy stuff in the kitchen - toasty maker and even a slow cooker for easy cheap meals, when you don’t want to eat out. Loads of things to do onsite, kids were happy and kept entertained. Swimming pool is really nice and warm (do book in advance though). Mash and barrel has nice food and is reasonably priced (do book in advance again though). Arcade is well maintained and activities are plentiful. Lovely clean family site and the caravan is close to all the amenities. Only a few minutes walk. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be back!! ????????

We found the caravan very clean and tidy and well equipped for our stay. The children loved the cuddly toys and fleece blankets to snuggle up in and the bucket and spades all there for then-to play with. The decking has ample room for all the family and great for the dogs. The beach is just a short walk away as are all the facilities on site. We would highly recommend a stay here

The van is super clean, tidy and smells beautiful, I’m always very cautious when renting a new place because I’m a bit of a clean freak but upon opening the door I knew it was well maintained and cleaned to my standards. The van is well equipped and is a real home from home. It gorgeous high end furniture, totally different from the standard furniture I have seen in previous rents. It’s a stones throw away from the club house and easily walking distance. Host is super friendly, helpful and will answer any queries or questions raised within an hour. Amble parking for a few vehicles, beautiful friendly neighbours. We had an amazing time and have made a booking for 2023. Thank you Emma and the team, see you soon

Close to the amenities and best thing you can take your fur babies with you. It is safe and secure on the decking for you to have the door open for the dogs too which is great. There is lots to do on the site and the beach isn’t too far either. You will not be disappointed.

Pet friendly, the beach is amazing it is beautiful and just a short walk from the van. The kids love this site It has lots to do on site especially the outdoor splash area. We did absolutely loads of outings as there is lots to see and do in this area. But the site is so nice you don't need to go anywhere If you don't want to. we can't and wait to come back!

Our caravan is a high spec luxury 3 bedroom, bathroom and separate shower room, 6 sleeping .and has full WiFi internet with unlimited data for your holiday if needed All bedrooms are fitted with wardrobes for all your holiday storage along with mirrors and black out curtains.

Main bedroom has flat screen TV, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. The kitchen is modern white and has a microwave, kettle, toaster, blender, slow cooker and toastie machine all your home from home essential comforts.

Dining room table that seats 6 people easy Lounge has a 50 inch flat screen TV, sky wires ready for you to bring your sky box from home, DVD player, along with full leather reclining home from home sofas, electric fire, blanket basket We request all renters take blankets and throws to protect the sofa from the dog claws scratching.

Outside we have an enclosed private decking area which has a gate on to ensure your pooches and small children don’t get out, along with patio furniture for you to enjoy the scenery and fresh air. We also have an outside tap and outside metal shed for your beach and bikes / scooters We have a large dog cage available their if needed along with dog bowls.
