“Had a lovely weekend at Lyon’s Lido Beach with my family.”
The caravan was situated close to the path that leads to the beach, very handy with children and all the equipment needed for the day. Once on the beach front you can walk on the promenade and there is a really nice beach hut club, if you want any food or drinks.
The Nova centre is at the back of the beach hut, which caters for soft play, indoor swim and other leisure facilities, if the day is a little miserable.
The town centre is a at least a 10-15 min walk and over the railway line. However, there are some lovely shops, bars and restaurants and a huge retail outlet too. Worth the walk.
The accommodation was just lovely. It was clean and tidy and furnished to a good standard. There were 3 bedrooms, 2 twins and 1 double with toilet en-suite and TV. The bathroom had a shower. Plenty of room for our family of 4 and there is a little green at the front of the caravan where the children can play and make friends. Hardly any traffic.
The caravan also has enough parking space for 2 cars as there are parking bays at the front of the caravan and you can also park alongside the caravan too.
The host Chrissie was there if you needed her and responded to any queries quickly and efficiently too. Great customer service.
Overall experience was great and would definitely return.
