Unfortunately this came with a few problems, the people who had the caravan before us left it in a less than ideal state, and it hadn’t been noticed. So we had to wash the plates cups and pans before we could use them, and the bins still had rubbish in them. The caravan was comfortable and in a good position for our grandchildren to watch the trains.

Its really sad to read this as its the first I've heard . Its ashame after me getting you in early ,that you couldn't reach out and let me get this sorted for you and instead you felt that my kindness should be rewarded with pulling my perfect score down . Lesson learned I suppose
