“Had a wonderful holiday in an fantastic caravan in a beautiful location, the caravan has everything and more you could want, Sarah is the perfect hostess and nothing is too much trouble.”

There was a lovely welcome pack when we arrived, the outside is secure and with a lovely spacious decking and furniture. Inside the caravan the living room is spacious, with a well equipped kitchen, the master bedroom is spacious with plenty of storage and ensuite toilet, the second bedroom has plenty of space and the main bathroom has a good size walk in shower

“We had such a wonderful and comfortable stay at Sarah’s caravan.”

It’s extremely comfortable with lovely furnishings and well laid out to maximise the space. The kids loved their room. It has a great position on the site being so near to the woodland walk and even has a lovely green area opposite! Sarah was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the booking and clearly takes great care to help provide the perfect holiday experience. Highly recommend!

“Wow. Where do i start.”

The whole week was amazing. The caravan , location and weather all perfect. Great communication with the owner , she couldn’t have been any more helpfull. Caravan presented beautifully, spotlessly clean and amazing location. Had a hamper waiting for us on arrival. What a lovely touch. 3rd time at aberdunant hall and just gets better each year. Food in hotel and staff fantastic. Amazing places short drive away to see. Fantastic week and will definitely return next year.

“Myself, mum and two dogs stayed here for a week.”

Hands down the best place I have stayed at in this area. Facilities, cleanliness, communication with the owner, location in the park, the very informative welcome booklet and of course the wonderful welcome pack were all above and beyond. The other bonus was the supply of bed linen and towels, after a long drive it we were very grateful to have beds made. All was at the highest quality from caravan to bed linen to tableware. Thank you we would love to return.

“Just back from a wonderful holiday with my two boys - 16 and 12.”

The caravan was spotless with every amenity to hand. I normally take some kitchen things but the owners have thought of everything. Had a small problem with the WiFi not working but this was quickly sorted out with the owner. Will definitely be back!!

Nestled in a quiet and peaceful setting, our comfortable holiday home is just minutes away from the golden sandy beaches and clear waters of the nearby coastline.

You'll have easy access to a variety of water activities, including paddle-boarding and kayaking.

And if you're looking for even more adventure, there are plenty of opportunities for adrenaline-fueled activities, such as mountain biking, zip-lining, and rock climbing. Our home features a range of modern amenities, including a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, a PS4 with controllers and games, an air fryer, a slow cooker, board games, hair dryer, a built-in sound system, and an Alexa Echo Dot to make your break as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The open plan living space and expansive decking provide plenty of room for socialising and spending quality time together. The sofa in the lounge comfortably sits six people and can be transformed into a comfortable double bed, providing additional sleeping arrangements for larger groups or families. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed with an en-suite toilet, while the twin bedroom has two single beds forming an L-shape to provide more floor space. The lounge and kitchen are open plan and spacious, and both the lounge and master bedroom have Smart TVs with many apps available, including Netflix, Disney Plus, and more.

Plus, our super-fast WIFI is free for all guests. The surrounding area offers ample opportunities for exploring the natural beauty of Snowdonia, making our holiday home the perfect base for your next adventure. Harlech 5 miles; Caernarfon 19 miles.

The bustling harbour town of Porthmadog lies on the Glaslyn Estuary and enjoys a stunning setting. The gateway to the Snowdonia National Park, Porthmadog is full of individual shops and restaurants, and home to the Ffestiniog Railway and the Welsh Highland railway where you can travel by steam through spectacular Snowdonia scenery, to Blaenau Ffestiniog or Caernarfon. The pretty village of Borth Y Gest, with its cliffs and coves, is a short walk or drive from the town. The well known and unique Italianate village of Portmeirion is just down the coast. Situated on a rugged clifftop on its own private peninsula, Portmeirion, famous as the location of the TV show The Prisoner and the final episode of Cold Feet, is surrounded by miles of sandy beaches and woodlands.
