“Very happy with the caravan but
I will not recommend using this caravan as the owner has kept our £100 deposit when no damage was made to the caravan nothing was broken, The deposit was kept all because there was a few things out of place and the children got a bit of food on the bedding when the caravan needs to be cleaned and bedding needs to be washed after every person has stayed at the caravan!”
It states on the booking a deposit will be kept for damages and no damages was caused apart from a few things being left on a work top and a enquiry being left on the sofa and a few little things out of place but to take £100 deposit it’s ridiculous
Unfortunately, there were more than "a few things left on the side" I submitted photos as part of the claim. The bedding had chewed sweets stuck to it, this can't just be washed. A can od lager had been put into the freezer compartment and exploded, meaning this had to be defrosted to clean before next guests came in.. Cannabis in the bin, it's a smell that's difficult to remove, along with the half empty lager cans leaving it smelling like the morning after the night before.
The deposit was kept to cover the cost of a deep clean and replacement bedding.
