This beautiful Pemberton Knightbridge is a very spacious 42ft x 14.5ft top of the range caravan that has been furnished to our usual very high standards.
It has pvc double glazing and full gas central heating throughout.
WiFi is provided inside the van free of charge.
This caravan is sited on the front row of the site which is a popular location with our customers.
It is close to the site facilities but not close enough to hear any noise.
There is a full wrap around decking with seating plus ramp access.
There is additional seating in the garden plus parking alongside.
The lounge has a 55in SMART TV and Sky Q connection (you just need to connect your own Skybox), there is also a hifi if you prefer to relax with some background music.
The large plush 3 piece suite is big enough to accommodate the whole family with ease.
The spacious kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher and full size fridge/freezer, plus all the usual kitchenware including microwave, kettle, toaster, slow cooker and a Dolce Gusto drinks machine.
There is an abundance of storage and work space plus an island unit with wine rack and extra storage.
There are 3 bedrooms all with tv's fitted - the main bedroom has a double bed plus the added bonus of an en-suite shower room.
The two twin bedrooms are spacious and have plenty of storage.
All mattresses and pillows are fitted with quality protectors, duvets are provided.
Fresh bed linen can be hired for a small fee, but we are unable to provide towels sorry.
The family bathroom has a full size bath with shower above, wash basin, vanity unit and heated towel rail.
We provide a hair-dryer, high chair, iron, ironing board, vacuum and cleaning products.
The Knightsbridge sleeps 7 people but the 7th person MUST be an infant, we do not allow sofa beds to be used sorry.
Check-in is from 2pm, check-out by 11am.
DOGS - Sorry this is strictly no dogs but please view our other Knightsbridge (id 3145) which is the same spec and now dog friendly.
The site is within walking distance to all local amenities - miles of interrupted safe sandy beaches that are just a short stroll away, 2 funfairs, amusement arcades, a variety of food outlets that cater for all tastes, most of which take phone orders to deliver to your caravan, pubs, clubs & restaurants, shops & gift shops, markets including one of North Wales largest market / carboot - Tir Prince with over 400 stalls and a short drive away are local supermarkets Asda & Tesco.
In the surrounding areas you'll find great places of interest to visit including slate & copper mines, Welsh Mountain Zoo, Chester Zoo, Castles, Snowdonia, The Great Orme, Angelsey, Llandudno & so much more.
or give the car a rest and take the open top bus from outside the camp gates or maybe the train from Rhyl or Pensarn to Llandudno, Bangor or Caernarfon with its shops, childrens play centres and castle.
