“Had excellent stay at this caravan and park .”

Caravan was lovely and clean beds very comfortable has WiFi for kids to connect to lovely decking which goes all the way around and sides covered so your dog can wonder around and be safe also it is a lovely little sun trap would recommend . Check in is after 3 collect keys from reception need your booking number and check out half 10 all was very smooth

“Caravan was advertised with wifi thats why we booked it and it was in the listings.”

When we got there the internet was down and owner refuse to get it back online the cooker door would not shut and had to be held shut with a mop stick to cook food. Owner said hed get some one out to fix but never did. the both doors on front and side of caravan securing catches to hold doors open were broke so could not leave doors open if windy we had to pay for the site internet at £45 which wasnt the best. We asked owner would he cover just for the loss on this and he refused. The catch that opens gate was rusted and kept staying open so dog could not be left out on balcony alone the caravn was clean and looked nice but maintence needs vast improvment and owner needs to be more accomadating and instead of justing not caring once hes took your money this was my familys only annual holiday we could afford

Thank you for your feedback. Cooker was fixed on Monday. Internet box was working before you turned up and the box was reset as I was working away this was an issue as I couldn’t get down also I don’t charge for the use of the WiFi. For all other things this is the first mention on this to my attention and as for not caring and taking your money that’s not really true since I kept in contact right through and this is the first bad review I have a had in a few years. “James was very helpful during the booking process .”

Caravan has everything you need and more , plenty of room for 5 of us and dogs , , in a great location and just a stones throw away from the beach perfect for walks with the dogs ,also the club was great and welcoming , bingo was fun in the afternoons .arcades shops and pubs nearby . We spent a few evenings in the Morton Arms ,which has entertainment every night . We had a very enjoyable break away . Would definitely recommend Thank you James

Had a fantastic time at millers cottage caravan park from 23rd Dec 2023 to 2nd January 2024,caravan was clean tidy and modern inside with central heating in all rooms,the complex itself was really friendly,I,ll definitely be staying again
