The property

Sadly due to the high site fees and concentrating on my business Staffordshire Vets I’m having to rent my caravan out.

We are renting our caravan this year.

It’s never been rented out before and in the most stunning pitch!!! My van is better than the accommodation I had in Tenerife. Beach is only across the road.

Located in Ty Mawr Holiday Park in North Wales. 5 star site with heated pool and slide. More info Our caravan is on a premium pitch!

The best on site.

Over looking the field at the back.

The views are breath taking.

It’s got central heating and double glazing.

Wrap around decking. Two bedrooms Main bedroom has en-suite and KING sized mattress Shower All plates, bowls, knives, forks etc are there. TV in living room and both bedrooms Fridge freezer Microwave, oven and air fryer There is a pull out bed in the living room however the mattress is thin and suitable for one adult or two kids. Just being honest.

Most vans are like that. Bring your own bedding. Entertainment passes not included. Site opens fully Easter weekend.

Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £100.

About the location

No village

Chatsworth 1 mile; Bakewell 5 miles.

The pretty village of Baslow lies at the north end of stately Chatsworth House - home to the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire. The village has many unusual and picturesque features including a triple-arched river bridge guarded by a toll house whose doorway is only 3 1/2 feet high! Baslow offers a range of village amenities including shops, pubs and restaurants. Close by is Bakewell, the capital of the Peak District, and home of the famous Bakewell pudding (definitely not tart!), still made locally to an old and secret recipe. Bakewell is at the scenic heart of the Peak District, and with Alton Towers also within easy touring distance, there is plenty for the whole family to enjoy.
